Mr Liew Mun Leong Mr Liew Mun Leong is President and CEO of CapitaLand Group. Mr Liew is Chairman of CapitaLand Residential Singapore Pte Ltd, CapitaLand China Holdings Pte Ltd, CapitaLand Commercial Limited, CapitaMalls Asia Limited, CapitaLand Financial Limited and CapitaLand ILEC Pte. Ltd. He is Deputy Chairman of The Ascott Limited, CapitaMall Trust Management Limited, CapitaCommercial Trust Management Limited, CapitaRetail China Trust Management Limited and Ascott Residence Trust Management Limited. He is also Chairman of CapitaLand China Executive Committee, which co-ordinates and aligns CapitaLand’s investments, operations, branding and resources in China, and a Director of CapitaLand Hope Foundation, the Group’s philanthropic arm. Mr Liew is presently Chairman of Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd and a Director of Singapore Exchange Limited (listed on the SGX-ST). In 2006, Mr Liew was named Outstanding CEO of the Year in the Singapore Business Awards. In 2007, he was conferred the CEO of the Year award (for firms with market value of S$500 million or more) in The Business Times’ Singapore Corporate Awards. In 2008, Mr Liew was named Asia’s Best Executive of 2008 (Singapore) by Asiamoney and Best CEO in Asia (Property) by Institutional Investor. Mr Liew graduated from the University of Singapore with a Civil Engineering degree and is a registered professional civil engineer. |

Mr Wen Khai Meng Mr Wen Khai Meng is the Chief Investment Officer of CapitaLand Limited. He is also the Deputy Chairman of CapitaLand Commercial Limited and a Director of CapitaCommercial Trust Management Limited, Ascott Residence Trust Management Limited and Quill Capita Management Sdn Bhd. Prior to this, Mr Wen has held several senior appointments within the Group. He was the CEO of CapitaLand Commercial Limited, CEO of CapitaLand Financial Limited and Deputy Chief Financial Officer of CapitaLand Limited. Mr Wen was involved in the structuring and successful listing of the Group’s pioneering REITs – CapitaMall Trust, CapitaCommercial Trust and Ascott Residence Trust. Before joining the Group, Mr Wen was with the Ministry of National Development. Mr Wen holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Construction Engineering from the National University of Singapore, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering (First Class Honours) from the University of Auckland, New Zealand. |

Mr Olivier Lim Mr Olivier Lim is the Group Chief Financial Officer of CapitaLand Limited. He is also a Non-Executive Director of CapitaMall Trust Management Limited (the manager of CapitaMall Trust listed on the SGX-ST), CapitaCommercial Trust Management Limited (the manager of CapitaCommercial Trust listed on the SGX-ST), CapitaRetail China Trust Management Limited (the manager of CapitaRetail China Trust listed on the SGX-ST) and Australand Holdings Limited, and a Director of The Ascott Limited. Prior to joining CapitaLand Limited, he was Director and Head of the Real Estate Unit, Corporate Banking in Citibank Singapore. He has more than 19 years of work experience in diverse areas including corporate banking, investment banking, corporate finance and real estate financial products. Mr Lim holds a First Class Honours degree in Civil Engineering from the Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine, London. Ms Jennie Chua Ms Jennie Chua is the Chief Corporate Officer of CapitaLand Limited. She is also a board member of CapitaLand ILEC Pte. Ltd., The Ascott Limited and Ascott Residence Trust Management Limited. Ms Chua is a Justice of Peace and Singapore’s Non-Resident Ambassador to The Slovak Republic. Ms Chua chairs several organisations including Sentosa Cove, The Old Parliament House, Raffles Hotel, Community Chest of Singapore, International Advisory Council for Tourism, Tourism Industry Skills & Training Council, Alexandra Health (Khoo Teck Puat Hospital), Singapore Film Commission and Singapore International Chamber of Commerce. She is Deputy Chairman of Singapore Workforce Development Agency and Temasek Foundation. She is also a member of Temasek Advisory Panel of Temasek Holdings and a member of Singapore’s Pro-Enterprise Panel. She is on the Board of Trustees of Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Mr Ee Chee Hong Mr Ee is the Chief Executive Officer of CapitaLand Commercial Limited. He is concurrently the Managing Director of Strategic Corporate Development of CapitaLand Limited and a board member of Australand Holdings Limited. He is also a Non-Executive Director of CapitaCommercial Trust Management Limited. Earlier, Mr Ee held several appointments within the CapitaLand Group. He was the Managing Director of Financial Structuring Support for CapitaLand Financial Limited from May 2008 to June 2009. Prior to this, from July 2007 to April 2008, he was the Chief Executive Officer (China) for The Ascott Limited and the Chief Executive Officer of Ascott Serviced Residence (China) Fund Management Limited where he was responsible for Ascott's operations in China and driving its growth in China through the Ascott Serviced Residence China Fund. Between December 2002 and June 2007, he was the Regional General Manager for South China at CapitaLand China Holdings Pte Ltd. He joined CapitaLand Limited in June 2001 as Vice President in the Office of the President. Before this, he held senior positions in Orange Gum Pte Ltd, Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Japan and Singapore’s Economic Development Board. Mr Chen Lian Pang Mr Chen Lian Pang is the CEO of Southeast Asia for CapitaLand Commercial Limited, responsible for the company's operations in Thailand and Vietnam. He is concurrently CEO and Managing Director of TCC Capital Land Limited, CapitaLand's joint venture company with TCC Land in Thailand. Mr Lim Beng Chee Mr Lim Beng Chee is the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of CapitaMalls Asia Limited (“CMA”). He has more than nine years of real estate investment and asset management experience. Mr Lim previously held various positions within the CapitaLand group of companies since 2000 and has been CMA’s Chief Executive Officer since 1 November 2008. Mr Lim has played an instrumental role in the creation of CMA’s retail real estate funds and retail real estate investment trusts. Mr Lim was appointed as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of CapitaMall Trust Management Limited in March 2005 until December 2006. He then led the team which spearheaded the listing of CapitaRetail China Trust, Singapore’s first pure-play China retail real estate investment trust and was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of CapitaRetail China Trust Management Limited in December 2006 until September 2008 during which time he was mostly stationed in Beijing. Mr. Lim then returned to Singapore and assumed his appointment as Chief Executive Officer for both CMA and CapitaMall Trust Management Limited in November 2008. Mr Lim stepped down as Chief Executive Officer of CapitaMall Trust Management Limited on 25 November 2009 upon the listing of CMA. Mr Lim holds a Master of Business Administration (Accountancy) from the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Arts in Physics (Honours) from the University of Oxford, United Kingdom. |

Mr Wong Heang Fine Mr Wong Heang Fine is the Chief Executive Officer of CapitaLand ILEC. He is also the Country Chief Executive Officer in charge of developing CapitaLand’s business in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, Kazakhstan and Russia. Prior to this, Mr Wong was President and Chief Executive Officer of Sembcorp Engineers and Constructors, the largest engineering and construction company in Southeast Asia. He also has varied experience in the leisure and entertainment industries. Mr Jason Leow Mr Jason Leow is the CEO of CapitaLand China Holdings. Mr Leow has been with the CapitaLand Group from 1994 and has since garnered over 15 years of experience in China projects. He started as the Vice President (Business Development) of The Ascott Limited, in charge of the serviced residence group’s China Investments and Asset Management. In 2001, Mr Leow joined CapitaLand China and was stationed in Shanghai. He completed the acquisition of several residential and commercial sites in the city. In 2005, Mr. Leow was promoted as Deputy CEO of CapitaLand China, based in Beijing. Prior to joining the CapitaLand Group, he was a senior financial analyst at ST Aerospace Ltd and also spent three years at DBS Finance Ltd. Mr. Leow is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore. He obtained an Executive Master in Business Administration degree from Fudan University and also attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in 2007. |

Mr Bob Johnston Mr Bob Johnston is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Australand Holdings Limited. Mr Lim Ming Yan Mr Lim Ming Yan is the Chief Executive Officer of The Ascott Limited, the world’s largest international serviced residence owner-operator. He oversees the management and growth of Ascott which has properties in over 60 cities in more than 20 countries across Asia Pacific, Europe and the Gulf region. Mr Lim is concurrently Deputy Chairman of CapitaLand China Executive Committee, which co-ordinates and aligns CapitaLand’s investments, operations, branding and resources in China. Mr Lim has been a Non-Executive Director of Lai Fung Holdings Limited, a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange since June 2006. Mr Lim was also appointed a Non-Executive Director of Hong Kong-listed Central China Real Estate Limited in November 2007. Before joining Ascott, Mr Lim was the Chief Executive Officer of CapitaLand China Holdings from 2000 to June 2009, responsible for CapitaLand’s real estate development in China. Earlier, he was Chief Corporate and Investment Officer of Somerset Holdings, which merged with The Ascott in the year 2000 to form The Ascott Limited. Mr Lim joined Pidemco Land in 1996 as the Vice President (Singapore Investments) where he was responsible for the company’s investments in commercial and serviced residence projects. In 2000, Pidemco Land and DBS Land merged to form CapitaLand. Due to his significant contribution to the city of Shanghai, Mr Lim was twice conferred the “Magnolia Award” by the Shanghai Municipal Government in 2003 and 2005. He is also the Deputy Chairman of Beijing Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investments since September 2005. Ascott REIT is the world’s first pan-Asian serviced residence real estate investment trust, listed on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST) in March 2006. He was a key driver in the successful listing of Ascott REIT, and has been leading the management of Ascott Residence Trust Management Limited since. As Chief Executive Officer of Ascott Residence Trust Management Limited, Mr Chong is responsible for charting its business, investment and operational strategies. Mr Gerald Lee Mr Gerald Lee is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Asia Pacific at The Ascott Limited. He is responsible for driving and growing Ascott’s business, including business development, asset management and operations in the Asia Pacific region, overseeing Australia, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. Prior to this, Mr Lee has held senior management positions within Ascott, heading areas such as operations, brand and marketing as well as the Group’s business in Europe. Before joining Ascott, Mr Lee was the Senior Vice President of Corporate Marketing at CapitaLand. Earlier, he was Singapore Tourism Board’s Assistant Chief Executive (Leisure). Mr Tony Soh Mr Tony Soh is the Chief Corporate Officer of the Ascott Limited.
