MR LIEW MUN LEONG
President and CEO – CapitaLand Group
Mr Liew Mun Leong is the President and CEO of CapitaLand Group and Deputy Chairman of The Ascott Group, Raffles Holdings, CapitaMall Trust Management Limited and CapitaCommercial Trust Management Limited. He is Chairman of CapitaLand Residential Limited, CapitaLand Commercial and Integrated Development Limited, CapitaLand Retail Limited, PREMAS International Limited, and Deputy Chairman of CapitaLand Financial Limited. Mr Liew is also Chairman of the Board of Governors of Temasek Polytechnic, Deputy Chairman of the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, a Board member of the Public Utilities Board, and a past President of the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO).

Mr Liew graduated from the University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Engineering degree. He also serves as a member of the Council on Corporate Disclosure and Governance.

MR LUI CHONG CHEE
Chief Financial Officer – CapitaLand Group
Mr Lui Chong Chee is the Chief Financial Officer of CapitaLand Group, a Director of Australand Property Group, CapitaCommercial Trust Management Limited, CapitaMall Trust Management Limited and Raffles Holdings. Prior to this, Mr Lui was Managing Director of Citicorp Investment Bank (Singapore) Limited.

Mr Lui holds an MBA in Finance and International Economics and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (magna cum laude) from New York University, USA.

MR THAM KUI SENG
Chief Corporate Officer – CapitaLand Group
CEO – CapitaLand Residential Limited
Mr Tham Kui Seng is the CEO of CapitaLand Residential Limited and Chief Corporate Officer of CapitaLand Group. He is also Chairman of Australand Property Group and Deputy Chairman of United Malayan Land Bhd. He was previously Chief Operating Officer of Pidemco Land.

Mr Tham holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Engineering Science from Oxford University, UK.

MS PATRICIA CHIA
CEO – CapitaLand Residential Singapore
Ms Patricia Chia is the CEO of CapitaLand Residential Singapore. She has over 25 years of experience in project development and management, general management and human resource & development.

Ms Chia has a Master degree in Construction Management from the National University of Singapore and graduated with First Class Honours in Civil Engineering from the University of Auckland, New Zealand.

MR BRENDAN CROTTY
CEO – Australand Property Group
Mr Brendan Crotty is the Managing Director and CEO of Australand Property Group. He is also the current Chairman of the Green Building Council of Australia.

Mr Crotty holds tertiary qualifications in surveying, town planning and business administration, which have been supplemented by additional courses at IMEDE and the Stanford Business School, USA.

MR LIM MING YAN
CEO – CapitaLand China Holdings
Mr Lim Ming Yan is the CEO of CapitaLand China Holdings, and is responsible for the Group's real estate development and financial operations in China. He has been in his current position since 2000 and was awarded the Magnolia Award by the Shanghai Municipal Government in 2003.

Mr Lim graduated from the University of Birmingham, UK, with a Bachelor of Science (First Class Honours) in Mechanical Engineering and Economics.

MR SOONG HEE SANG
CEO – CapitaLand Residential (New Markets)
Deputy CEO (Finance & Corporate Services) – CapitaLand Residential Limited
Mr Soong Hee Sang is CEO for New Markets and Deputy CEO for Finance & Corporate Services of CapitaLand Residential Limited. Prior to his current appointment, he was the CEO of CapitaCommerical Trust Management Limited.

Mr Soong holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Estate Management (Honours) from the National University of Singapore.
