We are one of Singapore's leading office owners & managers, through joint ventures or through CapitaCommercial Trust (CCT), the first commercial real estate investment trust listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited. Our commercial portfolio includes quality Grade A & prime offices, mixed developments, an industrial property & self-storage facilities in Singapore & gateway cities in China, Malaysia, India, Japan & the United Kingdom.
Shopping malls
Our unique integrated business model encompassing retail real estate investment, development, mall operations, asset management and fund management makes us Asia’s leading shopping mall developer, owner and manager. Our portfolio of about 100 malls spans across Singapore, China, Malaysia, Japan and India. Our landmark shopping malls include ION Orchard in Singapore, Hongkou Plaza in Shanghai and CapitaMall Crystal in Beijing.
Serviced Residences
The Group owns The Ascott Limited, the world’s largest international serviced residence owner-operator with serviced residence units in key cities of Asia Pacific, Europe and the Gulf region. It operates three award-winning brands - Ascott, Citadines and Somerset. Ascott pioneered Asia Pacific’s first international-class serviced residence in 1984. In 2006, it established Ascott Residence Trust, the world’s first serviced residence real estate investment trust.
Mixed Development
Our mixed developments combine the best of our real estate expertise across our residential, retail, office and serviced residence business units. The Group’s first mixed development dates back to 1986 with Raffles City Singapore to recent iconic projects such as ION Orchard and The Orchard Residences. The Raffles City brand has also since established itself to be synonymous with quality and architectural excellence in Singapore and China.
Reits & Funds
As one of Asia’s largest real estate companies, we have established a strong track record in originating, structuring and managing real estate funds and financial products. To date, we have created six real estate investment trusts and currently manage 15 real estate private equity funds in Singapore, China, Malaysia and Vietnam.
