Bridge+ offers 3 plans to its members. Below are the details of each membership type:

  • Flexi Desk (located in the common areas of the centre)
  • Dedicated Desks (designated desks in a shared office)
  • Private Suites (Fully furnished space with own private access)

No, Bridge+ requires ACRA (business registration) for new members but we do allow the use of the address for mail and package handling for all members on Fixed Desks and Private Suites memberships.

For all our members, the security deposit required is 2 months of your membership fee.

Yes, you can access your Bridge+ workspace 24/7 using the CapitaStar@Work app.

Our shortest term here is 1 month.

We collect a one-time security deposit fee before you move in. The security deposit is 2 months of the membership fee and will be returned to members after the move-out date on the condition that there’s no breach of terms.

Water, electricity, internet and air conditioning during our operating hours are all handled by Bridge+ and are included into your monthly membership package.

Our flexible memberships can help your company as you grow. With the option to purchase Additional Memberships or upgrade to a larger office space, we are here to accommodate your needs.
