Care Community Services Society (CCSS) believes that we are called to serve the community and to influence and equip individuals and families for empowered living through all generations.

CCSS provides disadvantaged children with a safe environment in our after-school Student Care Centres, vulnerable seniors with meaningful engagement in Seniors Activity Centres, at-risk youths with opportunities to discover their innate potential through youth programmes, ex-offenders with resources to support their journey of re-integration, cognitive care for older individuals who suffer from or are at risk of dementia, and assistances to other persons-in-need.

Very Special Art

Launched in September 1993, Very Special Arts Singapore is a local charity organisation dedicated to providing opportunities for people with disabilities to be involved in the arts. For the past 24 years, VSA Singapore has been running successful art programmes, workshops, competitions and art exhibitions for the special needs community, creating awareness among members of the public of their immense talent and resilience.

Launched in 2004, the Yellow Ribbon Fund (YRF) is the first and only national charitable fund devoted entirely towards the development and implementation of rehabilitation and reintegration for ex-offenders and their families. The objectives of YRF is to provide financial support for rehabilitative and aftercare services, rehabilitation and reintegration support programmes for familiy members and public awareness programmes.

The YRF was granted Institute of Public Character (IPC) status since August 2004. All donations made to the YRF will be given 2.5 times tax deduction.
