This stylised tree sculpture is realised in Sui's signature style where the final form is achieved through a single ""twist"" of clay before being cast in stainless steel. The clay's malleability results in a form which is both soft and rich in movement; so how apt is the title of Cloud Tree! The sculpture's rhythmic upward spiral thus poetically reflects the steady influx of cars and people to the tower, signifying prosperity and aspiration to a higher plane.
