Dance itself is a celebration of life. 

Where a sculpture of a woman dancing with ribbons once stood, now stands a new sculpture of a human with wings spread out. This human dances in the wind, with the open wings symbolising the liberation and freedom of humanity, exuding joyous freedom as life is celebrated.
