The CapitaLand Global Early Career Investment Management Programme is a two-year holistic development programme that aims to grow passionate Investment Management professionals by providing exposure to the real estate and real assets investment management (REIM) industry.

The Programme's Journey
01 Onboarding
1 week
Your journey in CapitaLand Investment kicks off with induction in your local office, followed by a week-long Immersion Programme in our Singapore HQ.
02 Training
2 months
We want to equip you with best-in-class functional training, including a Financial Modelling Bootcamp, CapitaLand-specific training, as well as market-specific training.
03 Rotations
22 months
The next part of your journey in CapitaLand Investment will involve rotations across our different investment teams which include: Fund Management, Private Capital Markets, International Units, Investment Management and Asset Management.
04 Deployment
On completion of this 24-month programme, you will embark on the next phase of your career with CapitaLand Investment!
