Please proceed to the nearest Touch n' Go Self-Service Kiosk to reload your MyKad. Refer to Q5 for the locations to reload your MyKad.
8. After 12 midnight when all shops are closed and ATMs are offline, where do I reload?

Unfortunately, you need to exit with the same card you used to enter the carpark. If you entered the carpark using your MyKad, you will need to reload credit into you MyKad to exit the carpark.
Please proceed to the Touch 'n Go Self-Service Kiosk to reload your MyKad. Refer to Q5 for the locations to reload your MyKad.
8. After 12 midnight when all shops are closed and ATMs are offline, where do I reload?
You can reload at Touch ‘n Go Self-Service Kiosk located at Basement 2 (Staircase 12) in Sungei Wang, which operates 24 hours.

9. I’ve lost my MyKad / Touch 'n Go card, how do I exit the carpark?
Please lodge a police report and proceed to Car Park Management Office located at Basement 2. The Car Park Supervisor will verify your personnel details including your NRIC No, License, car registration and car key. If all details are complete, the ar Park Supervisor will issue a temporary ticket. You need to pay the loss ticket rate of RM50 at the payment kiosk under lost ticket category.

10. I lost my handbag and wallet and my MyKad / Touch 'n Go card and I have no money, how do I exit the carpark?
Please lodge a police report and proceed to Car Park Management Office located at Basement 2. The Car Park Supervisor will verify your personnel details including your NRIC No, License, car registration and car key. If all details are complete, the ar Park Supervisor will issue a temporary ticket. You need to pay the loss ticket rate of RM50 at the payment kiosk under lost ticket category.

11. Can I pay the car park with Touch 'n Go eWallet?
For the time being, only the physical Touch 'n Go card is accepted for payment.

4.3. Select your preferred language.
4.4. Select the type of transaction:
a) Ticket Payment - for shoppers who pressed for ticket to enter the car park
b) Season Renewal - for season pass holders
c) Wheel Clamp - for payment to release wheel clamp
d) Lost Ticket - for payment of ticket loss
4.5. Select "Ticket Payment".
4.6. Tap parking ticket on the card reader.
4.7. Verify parking duration and fees.

1. When was cashless parking payment system implemented at The Mines?
The cashless parking payment system was implemented at The Mines on 18 March 2019.
2. How do I enter the carpark when cashless parking payment is implemented?
You may enter the car park in the following options:
2.1. Tap your MyKad/Touch 'n Go card (ensure you have a minimum balance of RM20 in your MyKad) to enter and exit the mall, or
2.2. Press for a ticket, and pay at the Cashless Self-Service Payment Kiosk with MasterCard, VISA, My Debit, Touch 'n Go, American Express, Union Pay or JCB before exiting the mall.
3. Is there any changes in the parking rates?
The parking rates remain the same, without any changes.
4. How much is the rate of the cashless parking?
Weekdays
RM1.00 for the first 3 hours
RM1.00 for every subsequent 2 hours or part thereof
RM4.00 subject to maximum/per day
Weekends & Public Holidays
RM3.00 for the first 3 hours

5. Can I redeem carpark rebates with CapitaStar?

Below are the car park rebate values available for redemption:

Yes, you can still enter the car park with low credit balance in your Touch 'n Go card. However, you need to reload your Touch 'n Go card before exiting the mall.
