CapitaLand And Celebrates The Topping Out Of Parcspring

The ceremony marks the successful structural completion of CapitaLand’s second residential project in Ho Chi Minh City. Hundreds of guests including the Singapore Consulate, business partners, homebuyers and the media witnessed the event which was held at the project site in Binh Trung Dong Ward, District 2.
PARCSpring will be an urban living community along the river promenade in the established Binh Trung Dong Ward in District 2. Strategically located along the fringe of the city centre, the development will enjoy easy accessibility to Thu Thiem Tunnel and the future Ho Chi Minh City-Long Thanh-Dau Giay Highway. PARCSpring will offer extensive landscaping and basic communal facilities within a safe environment. The apartments will be designed with a functional layout to maximise living space. The project will comprise 404 residential apartments across two 18-storey and one 12-storey buildings.

PARCSpring offers two- and three-bedroom units, furnished in earthly tones for a pleasant living atmosphere with an open kitchen concept and a practical interior layout design. Outside, a leisurely stroll along the landscaped garden on the first floor will lead residents to a riverside park while a quick sojourn at the roof top garden on the 12th floor will take residents to breathtaking views of their surroundings and a quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the urban cityscape. Other communal facilities situated within the condominium compound include a sheltered function area, outdoor exercise area, a multi-purpose lawn with trellis and seating, a children’s play area and a foot reflexology path.
