CapitaLand's First Residential Development In Hanoi Completed On Schedule

Jointly developed by CapitaLand as the lead developer, and Hoang Thanh Investment and Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company (Hoang Thanh), the construction of Mulberry Lane commenced in September 2009. Comprising five towers of 1,478 luxurious residential units, the development is strategically located in the Mo Lao New Urban Area in Ha Dong District, an upcoming residential precinct preferred by affluent locals and expatriates.

100 residential units at Mulberry Lane have since been handed over to homebuyers. Phase 2 is also in progress for more units to be handed over to homebuyers in the second quarter of 2014.
