Mr Chen Lian Pang, CEO of CapitaLand Vietnam, said: “Despite market challenges, we are pleased with the completion of Mulberry Lane on schedule. This attests to our strong delivery track record and commitment as a real estate developer in Vietnam. We want to continue to build more quality homes to bring value to the Vietnamese people.”

Mulberry Lane distinguishes itself from other residential projects in the city given its architectural design, landscaping, quality finishes, fully gated security and a comprehensive range of facilities. Residents will be able to enjoy landscaped gardens with lush greenery and a wide range of recreational facilities such as a 50-metre lap pool, sauna, gymnasium, putting green, basketball court, badminton court, and tai-chi lawn for a three-generation family.

Mr Nguyen Vinh, CEO of Hoang Thanh, said: “We are proud to partner CapitaLand, one of Asia’s largest real estate companies, in its residential investment in Vietnam. By combining the strengths of CapitaLand and local Vietnamese developers, we are able to deliver a benchmark project like Mulberry Lane for Hanoi people. The development of Mulberry Lane incorporates good building and design practices established from other CapitaLand international projects, while Vietnamese developers add to the success of the partnership with our extensive knowledge of local real estate landscape and understanding of Vietnamese customs and taste.”

Mr. Nguyen Van Linh, a homebuyer, 70 years old, shared: “After waiting three years, my family and I are so happy to move to our apartment at Mulberry Lane. Mulberry Lane is really like a five-star hotel. I especially like the facilities which have a lot of green spaces. My three generation family is totally happy with our new home at Mulberry Lane.”

100 residential units at Mulberry Lane have since been handed over to homebuyers. Phase 2 is also in progress for more units to be handed over to homebuyers in the second quarter of 2014.
