On this occasion, CapitaLand – Hoang Thanh also introduces new facilities at Mulberry Lane, the leading high-end apartment in the West of Hanoi, where more than 1,000 apartments have been handed over to residents so far. 

Specifically, the developer recently completed the installation of a World Health Organisation (W.H.O.) certified, state-of-the-art, water purification system for Mulberry Lane. This VND 10 Billion system has been applied for several months, allowing residents to enjoy clean, filtered water directly from taps in their homes.
