CapitaLand Vietnam’s D1mension and Feliz en Vista receive outstanding awards at The Asia Pacific Property Awards 2017

D1MENSION, CapitaLand Vietnam’s luxury boutique development in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, took home the prestigious 5-star Award for “Best Property Single Unit Vietnam” while its high-end residential project in District 2, Feliz en Vista, was awarded the prestigious “Residential High-Rise Development Vietnam”.

Following extensive judging of projects in the Asia Pacific region, D1MENSION and Feliz en Vista were shortlisted to be one of few winning condominiums in the International Property Awards 2017-2018. The two projects competed against a number of the region’s leading developments to reach this important stage in the Awards’ programme.

The Asia Pacific Property Awards is the largest, most prestigious, and widely recognised programme throughout the region. The Asia Pacific Property Awards is judged by an independent panel of 70 industry experts who focus on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability. The judging panel is chaired by Lord Caithness, Lord Best, The Earl of Liverpool, and Lord Thurso, members of the House of Lords in the UK Parliament. This year marks the 26th anniversary of the Awards.
