CapitaLand Mall Trust

CMT is the first real estate investment trust (REIT) listed on Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST) in July 2002. CMT is also the largest retail REIT by market capitalisation, S$7.9 billion (as at 30 September 2018) in Singapore. CMT has been affirmed an ‘A2’ issuer rating by Moody's Investors Service on 28 August 2018. The ‘A2’ issuer rating is the highest rating assigned to a Singapore REIT.

CMT owns and invests in quality income-producing assets which are used, or predominantly used, for retail purposes primarily in Singapore. As at 30 September 2018, CMT's portfolio comprised a diverse list of close to 2,800 leases with local and international retailers and achieved a committed occupancy of 98.5%. CMT's 15 quality shopping malls, which are strategically located in the suburban areas and downtown core of Singapore, comprise Tampines Mall, Junction 8, Funan, IMM Building, Plaza Singapura, Bugis Junction, JCube, Raffles City Singapore (40.0% interest), Lot One Shoppers’ Mall, 90 out of 91 strata lots in Bukit Panjang Plaza, The Atrium@Orchard, Clarke Quay, Bugis+, Westgate (30.0% interest) and Bedok Mall. CMT also owns 122.7 million units in CapitaLand Retail China Trust, the first China shopping mall REIT listed on SGX-ST in December 2006.

CapitaLand Commercial Trust

CapitaLand Commercial Trust is Singapore’s first and largest commercial REIT with a market capitalisation of approximately S$6.5 billion. CCT aims to own and invest in real estate and real estate-related assets which are income producing and predominantly used, for commercial purposes. CCT’s deposited property is approximately S$11.1 billion as at 30 September 2018 comprising a portfolio of nine prime commercial properties in Singapore and one property in Frankfurt, Germany acquired on 18 June 2018. The properties in Singapore are Capital Tower, CapitaGreen, Asia Square Tower 2, Six Battery Road, Raffles City (60.0% interest through RCS Trust), One George Street (50% interest through OGS LLP), 21 Collyer Quay (HSBC Building), Bugis Village and CapitaSpring (45% interest through Glory Office Trust and Glory SR Trust), an upcoming 51-storey integrated development in Raffles Place. The property in the Banking District of Frankfurt, Germany is Gallileo (94.9% interest). 

CCT is a constituent of widely recognised benchmark indices such as MSCI, MSCI World ESG Leaders Index, FTSE4Good Index Series (FTSE4Good), the SGX Sustainability Index and FTSE Straits Times Index.

Ascott Residence Trust

Ascott Residence Trust (Ascott Reit) was established with the objective of investing primarily in real estate and real estate-related assets which are income-producing and which are used or predominantly used, as serviced residences, rental housing properties and other hospitality assets.

Ascott Reit’s asset size has grown to S$5.3 billion as of 30 June 2018 since it was listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST) in March 2006. Ascott Reit’s international portfolio comprises 73 properties with 11,430 units in 37 cities across 14 countries in the Americas, Asia Pacific and Europe.

Ascott Reit’s serviced residences are mostly operated under the Ascott, Citadines and Somerset brands, and are mainly located in key gateway cities such as Barcelona, Berlin, Brussels, Guangzhou, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, London, Manila, Melbourne, Munich, New York, Paris, Perth, Shanghai, Singapore and Tokyo.

CapitaLand Retail China Trust

CRCT is the first China shopping mall Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) in Singapore, with a portfolio of 11 shopping malls. Listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited on 8 December 2006, it is established with the objective of investing on a long-term basis in a diversified portfolio of income-producing real estate used primarily for retail purposes and located primarily in China, Hong Kong and Macau.

The geographically diversified portfolio of quality shopping malls is located in eight of China’s cities. The properties are CapitaMall Xizhimen, CapitaMall Wangjing, CapitaMall Grand Canyon, CapitaMall Shuangjing in Beijing; Rock Square in Guangzhou; CapitaMall Xinnan in Chengdu, Sichuan Province; CapitaMall Qibao in Shanghai; CapitaMall Minzhongleyuan in Wuhan, Hubei Province; CapitaMall Erqi in Zhengzhou, Henan Province; CapitaMall Saihan in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia; and CapitaMall Wuhu in Wuhu, Anhui Province.

All the malls in the portfolio are positioned as one-stop family-oriented shopping, dining and entertainment destinations for the sizeable population catchment areas in which they are located, and are accessible via major transportation routes or access points. A significant portion of the properties’ tenancies consists of major international and domestic retailers such as the Beijing Hualian Group and Carrefour under master leases or long-term leases, which provide CRCT's unitholders with stable and sustainable returns. The anchor tenants are complemented by popular specialty brands such as Adidas, Nanjing Impressions, Nike, Pandora, Sephora, Starbucks, UNIQLO, Xiaomi and ZARA.

CapitaLand Malaysia Mall Trust

CCapitaLand Malaysia Mall Trust (CMMT), listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 16 July 2010, is a shopping mall-focused real estate investment trust (REIT) in Malaysia with an income and geographically diversified portfolio of five shopping malls.

These quality assets are strategically located in key urban centres across Malaysia: Gurney Plaza in Penang; three in Klang Valley – a majority interest in Sungei Wang in Kuala Lumpur; 3 Damansara and Tropicana City Office Tower in Petaling Jaya; and The Mines in Seri Kembangan; and East Coast Mall in Kuantan, Pahang. The portfolio has a total net lettable area of over 3.0 million square feet (sq ft). As at 30 September 2018, the total asset size of CMMT is about RM4.1 billion.

CMMT is managed by CapitaLand Malaysia Mall REIT Management Sdn. Bhd. – a joint venture between CapitaLand Limited, one of Asia’s largest real estate companies headquartered and listed in Singapore, and Malaysian Industrial Development Finance Berhad (MIDF).
