Dirk De Keyzer

Like many boys of his age, Dirk De Keyzer was initially sent out to learn a craft and destined to work in a factory. But he eventually ended up studying sculpting at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Eeklo, Belgium. There, he discovered his passion for the medium of bronze, especially casting by the “lost wax” method. De Keyzer’s sculptures have been exhibited internationally.
