This portfolio consists of seven operating warehouses (1.16 million sq ft) at the Arshiya Free Trade Warehousing Zone located at Panvel near Mumbai. The site is spread over 143 acres of land which has an additional estimated future development potential of 2.5 million sq ft. Key clients in the operating warehouses include DHL, Huawei and others. Panvel has emerged as a warehousing hub due to its proximity to Jawaharlal Nehru Port, one of India's key ports and ease of accessibility from the consumption and industrial centres in Mumbai.
