La Botanica

La Botanica is located within the Chanba Ecological District of Xi'an, with gross floor area (“GFA”) of about 3,000,000 sqm. The project is supported by a well-connected public transportation network such as Metro Line 1 and about 20 bus routes. La Botanica consists of a variety of residential product types, including low rise housing such as terraces and villas, as well as mid-to-high rise apartments. The project is also equipped with comprehensive amenities and facilities such as schools and commercial spaces. Besides an existing 17,000sqm commercial complex, Phase 1 of CapitaLand Mall Yujingcheng is expected to open in 2Q 2019 while Phase 2 is being planned for.
