Shoppers that spend a minimum of RM100 in a single transaction and pay with Touch ‘n Go eWallet (“TNG eWallet”) ‘Pay’ function at any of the participating retailers from any of the seven CapitaLand malls across Malaysia will be rewarded with ONE (1) Randomised Cashback Voucher (“Voucher”) ranging from RM0.20 to RM10.00.

The Campaign Period is from 27 October 2023 until 26 April 2024, both dates inclusive.

The Voucher is limited to monthly eligible transactions. The Campaign will cease once the all the vouchers have been fully utilized or at the expiration of the Campaign Period, whichever is earlier.

There are seven participating malls:-

1. Penang – Gurney Plaza & Queensbay Mall;
2. Kuantan – East Coast Mall; and
3. Klang Valley – 3 Damansara, Melawati Mall, Sungei Wang Plaza and The Mines.

Campaign is valid at all participating retailers for in-stores purchases only. The list of participating retailers can be found at follows:

Shoppers can only able to use the Voucher at the participating retailers from the respective mall where you earned the Voucher.

For illustration purposes:
If Shopper A earns Voucher A at Merchant A in Mall A, Shopper A can use Voucher A at Merchant A or any other participating retailers in Mall A before the Voucher expiration date. Shopper A cannot use Voucher A in Mall B or any of the other participating malls. 

Shoppers that spend a minimum of RM100 in a single transaction  and pay with Touch ‘n Go eWallet ‘Pay’ function at any of the participating retailers at any participating malls across Malaysia, before reaching the redemption limit of Vouchers will be eligible for this Campaign.

The Vouchers will be credited into your TNG eWallet instantly after payment. Please see steps below for more details:-

1. Identify the participating retailers in the mall. 
2. Spend a minimum of RM100 and pay with TNG eWallet ‘pay’ function.
3. Receive your Voucher at randomised value ranging from RM0.20 to RM10 on TNG eWallet instantly. Click My Rewards > Collections > Active Vouchers to view the Voucher. 

Use your Voucher at any of the participating retailers in the same mall before the expiry date:-

1. Identify the participating retailers in the mall.
2. Spend any amount (no minimum spend required).
3. Pay the amount in full using your TNG eWallet ‘pay’ function.
4. Receive the cashback credits of same value on your TNG eWallet immediately, and the Voucher will be captured as “used”. 

For illustration purposes:
If Shopper B has a RM10 Voucher and the spending amount is RM15. Shopper B to pay RM15 with TNG eWallet, and RM10 cashback will be credited back to Shopper B’s eWallet immediately. The RM10 Voucher will be captured as “used”. 

The Voucher will automatically be saved under “My Rewards” section in the user’s Touch ‘n Go eWalet App after meeting this Campaign’s eligibility criteria.

The Cashback will be credited to the respective Touch ‘n Go eWallet in the next purchase after the meeting the Voucher criteria.

Each shopper stands to earn up to four Vouchers per month per mall on first-come, first-served while stocks last basis.

The Voucher is limited to monthly eligible transactions. The Campaign will cease once the all the vouchers have been fully utilized or at the expiration of the Campaign Period, whichever is earlier. 

Validity of the Voucher is as follows. Any unused voucher thereafter will expire.

*Please always refer to the Voucher’s expiry date stated on your Voucher as the final expiry date.

Shoppers must use the Vouchers before the expiry date, no extension of validity will be allowed/entertained. 

There are several reasons if you did not receive the Voucher after spending a minimum of RM100 in a single transaction from the participating mall, such as:

1. The merchant is not a participating retailer of the Campaign; or
2. You have reached the limit of 4 Vouchers per month for the respective mall; or
3. The Vouchers have been fully utilized for the respective mall; or
4. You have scanned a merchant QR code which is not issued by TNG.

1.       This Promotion is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (TNGD) and Capitaland Retail Malaysia Sdn Bhd (Partner).

2.       Promotion Period is from 27 October 2023 until 26 April 2024, including of both dates.

3.       Users who make a minimum spend of RM100.00 in a single transaction at all participating stores in the Malls listed below, and pay with Touch ‘n Go eWallet ‘Pay’ function are eligible to receive ONE (1) Randomised Cashback Voucher ranging from RM0.20 to RM10.00.

5.       No combined transactions and/or no split transactions are allowed.

6.       The Randomised Cashback Voucher will automatically be saved under “My Rewards” section in the user’s Touch ‘n Go eWalet App.

7.       Each user can earn a maximum of FOUR (4) Randomised Cashback Voucher per month throughout the promotion period.

8.       The Randomised Cashback Voucher will be utilised in the next transaction that meets the voucher’s criteria. Refer to the specific voucher’s details or terms and conditions in My Rewards for further information.

9.       The Cashback will be credited to the respective Touch ‘n Go eWallet immediately after meeting the Randomised Cashback Voucher’s criteria. TNGD will NOT make any phone calls pursuant to this Promotion.

10.   Validity of the cashback voucher is as follows. Any unused voucher thereafter will expire.

11.   Only ONE (1) voucher can be used per transaction. This cashback voucher may not be used in conjunction with other promotions and/or promotions by TNGD.

12.   In the event if the user meets the requirements of two or more vouchers in a single transaction, TNGD has the right to determine which voucher to be used.

13.   The Randomised Cashback Voucher is limited to monthly eligible transactions. The Promotion will cease once the all the vouchers have been fully utilized or at the expiration of the Promotion Period, whichever is earlier.

14.   This Promotion shall not be valid with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or vouchers.

15.   Promotion is not applicable for any form or type of reload transactions, gift cards and in-store services.

16.   TNG Digital shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with  prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breached of any TNG Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions.
