1. M-Kidz club is open to all children below 12 years old.
2. All interested members may apply for M-Kidz club membership at The Mines Info Counter (Level 3).
3. The organizer reserves the right to substitute any of the promotions with that of similar value at any time without prior notice.
4. The organizer reserves the right to publish or display the names and photographs of members for publicity purposes.
5. By participating in M-Kidz club, members agree to be bounded by these terms & conditions, and decision of the organizer.
6. All M-Kidz club members are agreeable to the CMA Group’s (namely, MTrustee Berhad as Trustee of Capitaland Malaysia Mall Trust and its related entities) as well as their agents processing of my personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Notice attached herein. I further agree to CMA Group (as defined in the Personal Data Protection Notice) processing their personal data, for the purpose of contacting them via mail, email, SMS, telephone and other means of communication (including via all and any of my telephone numbers which CMA Group may have in their records from time to time).
