What is CCT Live it Up!?
CCT Live it Up! is an initiative by CapitaLand Commercial Trust (CCT) to promote wellness and environmental sustainability in CapitaLand’s office community through 3 weeks of exciting activities; from talks & seminars to hands-on workshops to workout sessions and culminating with a race on the final day. It aims to empower individuals in CapitaLand’s office community to take a more holistic approach to self-care, to achieve the best of themselves and at the same time, refresh their green journey.
Where will it be held?
There will be different activities for everyone across seven CCT properties:

c. Capital Tower
d. One George Street
e. Six Battery Road
f. Raffles City Tower
g. HSBC Building
Who can participate?
The Activities (13 – 30 August 2019) are open to CCT tenants only and most of them are free! The Race (31 August 2019) is open to all CCT tenants and their family members and/or friends. Simply form a team of four with at least one member working at a CCT property!
Can I participate in activities that are not held at my office building?
Of course! We encourage you to go out there and get to know more about your neighbours within the community – learn something new, meet someone new!
CCT Live It Up! Activities (13 – 30 August 2019)
How to participate?
You can sign up for the activities at https://liv3ly.com/registration/event/cctliveitup2019.
If you are not an existing user of Liv3ly.com, you can either sign up for an account or proceed to register without an account. Once you’re in, select the “Activities” tab and proceed to sign up for the activities of your choice! Slots are limited and available on a first-come-first-served basis.
Why should I participate?
It’s a chance for you to take a short break from work with the variety of activities we have got in store for you! At the same time, it’s a great way to bond with your colleagues, pick up new skills and walk away with new knowledge. What’s more? Most of our activities are free and you’ll get a free 3-day gym pass and a snack bar when you participate in the activities!
I have just signed up for an activity, how will I know if my slot is confirmed?
A confirmation email will be sent to you, and a reminder email will also be sent to you nearer to the event date. If you do not receive any emails from us, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I participate with a friend?
All Live it Up! Activities (13-30 August 2019) are for CCT tenants only. Friends and/or family members are, however, welcome to participate in Live It Up! Race (31 August 2019), in the Fun Run category only. Simply form a team of four with at least one member working at a CCT property!
What happens if I can’t make it for the activity I registered for?
Please inform us via email at email@example.com three days before the scheduled activity date.
Can I give up my slot to my friend if I am unable to attend the activity I registered for?
Yes, as long as your friend is working at a CCT property. You may do so by dropping us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can make the required changes accordingly.
CCT Live It Up! Race (31 August 2019)
What is the maximum number of team members for the Race?
All participating teams must have four members.
Can I form a team with CCT tenants from other buildings or participate with my family members and/or friends?
Only tenants can participate in the Competitive category. Each team in the Fun Run category must have at least one member working at a CCT property.
How do I participate in the race?
Form a team of four and sign up for the race at https://liv3ly.com/registration/event/cctliveitup2019.
The team captain will have to register a team first, under the ‘Race (Create a team)’ tab. Thereafter, he will proceed to share a unique race code with his team members, for them to register themselves by selecting the ‘Race (Join your team) tab.

My child is 8 years old this year. Can he participate in the Race?
No. All Fun Run participants must be at least 9 years old in 2019 (born in year 2010). The minimum age for Competitive category is 18 years old (in 2019).
How can I change my team’s details?

How can I change my T-shirt size?
Please note that sizes are subject to availability. You may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I get a refund if I choose to withdraw from the Race after signing up?
Unfortunately, we are unable to do so as registration fees are non-refundable.
How do I know if my entry has been accepted?
You will receive a confirmation email upon successful registration and payment.
I want to participate in the Race, but am unable to form a team of four, can I get help?
Yes. You can email us at email@example.com if you need help to form a team of four.
My company wants to send in a few teams, do we sign in through the event webpage?
You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, we will advise you on the next steps!
What time does the event start and end?
Registration starts from 8.00am. Flag-off is estimated at 9.00am. The event is targeted to end by 1.15pm.
What is the Race route?
The Race will flag off and finish at The Cube at Asia Square, taking participants to various checkpoints within the CBD.
Do all four members assemble at the same location?
Yes. All four members in each team must assemble at the flag off location.
How is the Race run?
At flag off, all teams will receive a Race information pack which contains all Race-related information.
Participants must proceed to all Race checkpoints, to complete the challenge there before proceeding to the next checkpoint/finish line. All teams will start the race with the same number of points representing the carbon footprint of an average person in Singapore, and work towards reducing the points through the different challenges. Complete all game challenges to reduce as many points as you can, and in the shortest time possible! Spot bonus stations along the race route where you can further reduce your points . The team with the least number of points and the fastest completion time wins!
Can we replace a team member if he/she is not able to make it on Race day?
Please email us at email@example.com if you wish to change a team member.
In the interest of the participants’ safety, we strictly prohibit the sale, exchange, and/or transfer of Race entries, since each Race bib contains the registered participant’s emergency contacts, which is important for medical teams to provide immediate medical assistance if required.
Any violation of the abovementioned restrictions by any teams will result in an immediate disqualification.
Is there complimentary parking at Asia Square?
In line with our aim to promote environmentally-friendly practices, we encourage all participants to take available public transport to and from the venue.
Where can I deposit my belongings before the Race?
We will recommend all participants to pack light, as there will be no bag deposit arrangements on site.
Will there be water points provided during the event?
Yes. There will be designated water points for re-filling along the Race route but remember to bring your own bottles!
Where are the first aid stations?
Please refer to our Race route within the Race information pack for the locations of the first aid stations.
