Terms and Conditions for CapitaLand Commercial Trust (CCT) Live It Up!

A. CCT Live It Up! Race

CapitaLand Commercial Trust (the “Organiser” which expression herein includes its employees, its authorised agents, corporate sponsors and service providers for the Race) is organising its CCT Live It Up! Race (the “Race”) for tenants of CCT Properties (as defined in Clause 2.1 below) and their families and/or friends, with the objectives of promoting wellness and greater awareness of environmental sustainability among its community.

1.2          Unless the context otherwise requires, words importing the singular shall include the plural and vice versa and words importing a specific gender shall include the other genders (male, female or neuter).

Eligibility and Application Process

2.1          The Race is only open to all employees of tenants of CCT Properties, CapitaLand Limited and its its related corporations, its affiliates including its holding company (the “CapitaLand Group”) and the family members and/or friends of such employees (“Participants”). Employees of the CapitaLand Group will be known in this Terms and Conditions as CapitaLand Staff.

CCT Properties refer to:

·         Asia Square Tower 2

·         CapitaGreen

·         Capital Tower

·         HSBC Building

·         One George Street

·         Raffles City Tower

·         Six Battery Road

·         Bugis Village

2.2          The Race is organised into two categories i.e. the Competitive category and the Fun Run Category. Participants can choose the category they wish to take part in. CapitaLand staff must register under the CapitaLand Staff category and will be running the Competitive route.

Fun Run Category

2.3          Participants for the Fun Run Category must participate as part of a team of 4 and each team must have at least one member who is an employee of any tenant of the CCT Properties, or CapitaLand Group. All participants for the Fun Run category must be at least 9 years old in 2019 (born in 2010), and must have an application submitted on his behalf if the participant is under 18 years old (born after 2001). Verification of eligibility must be provided upon request. Teams are not allowed to change members/ participants after their registration has been confirmed.

Competitive Category

2.4          All participants for the Competitive category must be at least 18 years old in 2019 (born in 2001). All participants for the Competitive category must be an employee of any tenant of any CCT Properties. Verification of eligibility must be provided upon request. Teams are not allowed to change members/ participants after their registration has been confirmed.

2.5          All immediate family members of the “Race Committee” and “Working Team” (as solely determined by the Organiser), are not eligible to participate in the Race.

2.6          Registration is available through the CCT Live It Up! 2019 website. There will be a non-refundable registration fee of $10 per participant (“Registration Fee”) which will be matched by CapitaLand Hope Foundation (CHF), the philanthropic arm of CapitaLand, and donated to Rainbow Centre Singapore.

2.7          Each Participant agrees to : (i) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about himself in the registration form (the “Personal Data”) for the purposes of administering the Race and (ii) maintain and promptly update his Personal Data to ensure it stays true, accurate, current and complete. The Organiser may contact the Participant from time to time by email and/or SMS. Any notice sent to the email address and/or SMS sent to the telephone number registered for the Race via the online race registration form shall be deemed as received by the Participant. If any Participant provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete or if the Organiser has grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, the Organiser may suspend or terminate the Participant’s and/or the team’s registration.

2.8          Upon successful registration, each participant is deemed to have read and agreed to abide and be bound by: (a) all the rules and regulations relating to the eligibility and application process to participate in the Race under section 2 herein (the “Eligibility and Application Process”); (b) the safety and medical advisory in section 3 herein (the “Safety and Medical Advisory”); (c) the disclaimer in section 4 herein (the “Disclaimer”); (d) all the closing dates as to the Race itself (the “Registration and Closing Dates”) in section 9 herein; and (e) any other requirements as determined by the Organiser.

2.9          There shall be no refund of any registration fees to any Participant who does not in due course take part in the Race, for any reason whatsoever.

2.10        Once registration is confirmed, a Participant is strictly NOT ALLOWED to (a) transfer his/ her race entry to another person; or (b) participate under another person’s name or number.

2.11        The Participants’ and each team’s compliance with all the Terms and Condition of the Race herein does not guarantee selection for participation in the Race. The Organiser reserves the sole discretion in determining the selection criteria, selecting the teams to participate and is under no obligation to provide any reasons or justification for its selection.

2.12        The Organiser reserves the right at all times to make any amendments, additions, deletions or otherwise make any changes to the Terms and Condition of the Race herein, the Race Rules or any part of the Race and its related events, with or without notice, including, but not limited to, changes to the event name, locations of the Race or the prizes and/or the price value to be won. In case of any disagreement on any terms and conditions, the Organiser shall be the sole authority to interpret these terms and conditions and in so doing, it may take into account the interests of all Participants and/or the Involved Party (as defined below) in the Race as a whole. The Organiser further reserves the right to suspend, discontinue or terminate the Race at any time, at its absolute discretion, without prior notice and without any liability whatsoever. Any amendments to these terms and conditions and/ or any changes to the prices, dates, suspension, postponement, discontinuance or termination of the Race will be updated on the Official Website.

2.13        The Organiser does not guarantee the availability of individual runners to form a team.

Safety and Medical Advisory

3.1          The Organiser is not conducting the Race in the course of or as part of its business. Prior to the commencement of the Race, each participant in the Race shall assess his or her own physical suitability, and that of their child/ward, to participate in the Race. All Participants are strongly encouraged to consult his/ her medical practitioner prior to registration and before the actual race day. Participants are advised not to run if they are not feeling well. Each Participant voluntarily assumes the risks inherent in such races.

3.2          While reasonable precautions will be taken by the Organiser to ensure the participants’ safety, each of the participant takes part in the Race at his own risk. Participants should take their own measures to avoid any possible dangers from or due to traffic, road/track conditions and the like. To the fullest extent permissible by law, the Organiser shall not be held liable for any injury or death howsoever arising from training for or during participation in the Race. Accordingly, the Organiser, its related companies and their employees and agents shall not be liable to participants for and participants shall not claim against the same in respect of any loss, expenses, injuries, death or damages arising out of or in connection with the Race. If a prospective participant, is not agreeable to any of the foregoing, he/she should refrain from taking part in the Race.

3.3          Participants must retire from the Race immediately if required to do so by any member of the official medical staff, Race Director, Referee and/ or Security Officer (collectively, “Staff Member”) for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to safety of the participant, of the other participants, or of any Staff member and any other reason(s) stated in these rules. The decision of any such Staff member shall be final.

3.4          Due to safety reasons, pets, bicycles, in-line skates, prams, push carts, shoes with built-in or attached rollers and any other wheel-run objects are not allowed on the Race course other than Official Race and Medical Vehicles.

3.5          Children and young persons under the age of 18 as at the date of the Race, participating in the Fun Run Category, must be accompanied by parent(s) who will be responsible for their safety during the event.

The Disclaimer

4.1          By submitting the registration to participate in the Race, all Participants shall be deemed to consent and/or agree to the following terms and with all the Terms and Condition of the Race herein:

(a)    CCT, CapitaLand Limited and its related Corporations, third-party sponsors and partners, their agents and authorised service providers (collectively referred to as the “Involved Parties”), collecting, using disclosing and/or processing the Participant’s personal data, in order to inform the Participants about the Race and its related activities as well as marketing and publicity relating to other activities or events which may be of interest to the Participants, via mail, email, SMS, telephone and other means of communications (including via all and any of their Singapore telephone numbers which the Organiser may have in its records);

(b)    participate in any interviews or “question-and-answer” sessions at the sole discretion of the Organiser (for the avoidance of doubt, the Organiser is not obliged to interview each and every Particiant and/or its team). The Participant(s) further understand that they may be required to provide additional personal details and information for the purpose of selection by the Organiser and consent to the collection, use, disclosure and/ or processing of the additional personal data provided by them;

(c)     the Involved Parties using and publishing the photographs and/or videos taken at or during the Race and its related activities for marketing and publicity purposes;

(d)    the Involved Parties using and publishing the names of, and any other particulars of, all or any prize winners for notifying the prize winners of the results of related quizzes; and

(e)    co-operate with, and participate in the activities related to the Race organised by the Organiser without charging any fee whatsoever to the Involved Parties or compensation from the Involved Parties.

4.2          Further details will be emailed to the selected Participants of the Race from time-to-time.

4.3          The Organiser will not accept any responsibility or liability for damage to or loss of the Participant's or any other person's personal property by participating in the Race.

CCT Live It Up! 2019 Race Prizes

5.1          Race Prizes will be awarded to the winning teams in the respective categories and are listed below. The Organiser may at its sole and absolute discretion and at any time without prior notice replace or substitute any prize with another of similar value selected by the Organiser.

• Prizes for Competitive category

1st: $1,400 CapitaVouchers + $600 worth of Artemis dining voucher per team

2nd: $1,200 CapitaVouchers per team

3rd: $1,000 CapitaVouchers per team

10 consolation prizes of $200 CapitaVouchers per team

• Prizes for Fun Run category

1st: $800 CapitaVouchers per team

2nd: $600 CapitaVouchers per team

3rd: $400 CapitaVouchers per team

10 consolation prizes of $120 CapitaVouchers per team

• Prizes for CapitaLand staff (Competitive route)

1st: $600 CapitaVouchers per team

2nd: $400 CapitaVouchers per team

3rd: $300 CapitaVouchers per team

3 consolation prizes of $100 CapitaVouchers per team

5.2          The Race Prizes must be taken as they are and are strictly not refundable or exchangeable for cash or extendable in validity. The Organiser reserves the right to replace Race Prizes with items of similar value.

The Race T-shirt and Race Pack

6.1          All registered Participants are entitled to one (01) Race tee each. Race tee sizes are subject to availability on a first-come-first-serve basis.

6.2          All registered Participants are to collect their Race tees at Capital Tower. More information on the collection will be provided at a later date.

6.3          For collection of the Race Tee, Participants are to bring along the confirmation email and their photo-identity Card for verification of identity. The Organiser and its agents reserves the right to refuse collection by Participants who do not present the required documents.

6.4          If participants are unable to collect their Race tee in person, they may authorise a representative to collect on their behalf. The following must be presented for verification when the representative is collecting the Race tee.

• Participant’s confirmation email

• Photocopy of participant’s photo-identity Card or passport

• Photocopy of representative’s Identity Card or passport

6.5          For the avoidance of any doubt, the Organiser and its agents will not retain any physical photo-identity card and/or the unique identifier number. Production of the photo-identity Card is required for verification of identity.

6.6          Participants are responsible for ensuring they collect or their authorised representative collect the Race Tee during the Collection Period. Late collection will not be entertained and the Organiser shall not be liable for any other loss or inconvenience caused due to Participants’ inability or his authorised representative’s inability to collect the Race Tee. The Organiser is not obliged to extend the Collection Period or to ensure that a Participant receives his Race Tee. Race Tees not collected during the Collection Period will be deemed to be unwanted, and the Organiser shall be at liberty to dispose or re-distribute them accordingly. Participants not wearing the Race Tee for the Race are strictly not allowed to participate in the race.

Judging and Race Results

7.1          All decisions, determination of results and award of prizes shall be subject to the race rules and will be made by the Organiser. The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Race shall be final and binding and the Organiser shall not be obliged to enter into any discussions or correspondence with any person on any matter relating to the Race.

7.2          All Prize winners will be notified by 12.45pm after the completion of the Race on Saturday, 31 August 2019. The Organiser and its agents will endeavor to contact the Prize Winner and should the Prize Winner be un-contactable, the Organiser reserves the right to award the Race Prize to a replacement winner

7.3          Prize winners are required to present their photo-identity card or passport for verification of identity at prize collection. Prize winners may be required to sign an acknowledgement and release form prescribed by the Organiser in respect of his receipt of the Race Prize.

7.4          The Race Prizes must be claimed within two (02) months from the date of announcement of the results (“Deadline”) failing which the prizes shall be forfeited.

7.5          All unclaimed prizes by the Deadline shall be forfeited and donated to a charity chosen at the sole and absolute discretion of the Organiser.

7.6          Participants found cheating will be disqualified immediately and any Race Prize awarded to a Participant subsequently found to have cheated will be withdrawn.

Registration and Closing Dates

8.1          The closing date for early bird registration is Friday, 26 July 2019 at 11.59pm.

8.2          The closing date for the Race registration is Friday, 18 August 2019 at 11.59pm.

8.3          Changing of apparel sizes is subjected to availability.

8.4          The Organiser reserves the right to reject additional team(s) after the registration closes.

8.5          The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any team(s) that do not meet the Eligibility terms and conditions.

8.6          The Organiser will not be responsible for any dispute arising from incorrect information submitted by Participants

Early Bird Lucky Draw for Race Participants

9.1          In conjunction with the Race, CapitaLand Commercial Management Pte Ltd (“Lucky Draw Organiser”) is organising a CCT Live It Up! 2019 – Early Bird Lucky Draw (the “Lucky Draw”) on 7 August 2019 for Qualifying Participants of the Race.

9.2          To qualify for the Lucky Draw, Participants must (1) form a team of four where at least one Participant is an employee of a tenant in any of the CCT Properties (“Qualifying Lucky Draw Participant Team”), (2) successfully register as a team for any category of the Race and (3) the Registration Fee for all members in the team must be received by the Organiser on or before 26 July 2019. Each Participant in the team can expect to receive a confirmation email upon successful registration on or before 26 July 2019 to inform that they have been successfully entered into the Lucky Draw. All CapitaLand Employees are not eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw.

9.3          Each Qualifying Lucky Draw Participant Team shall be entitled to only one chance in the Lucky Draw. By participating in the Lucky Draw, each of the Participants in the Qualifying Lucky Draw Participant Teams shall be deemed to accept and agree to all the terms and conditions of this Lucky Draw.

9.4          Qualifying Lucky Draw Participant Teams who do not wish to participate in the Lucky Draw may inform the Lucky Draw Organiser that they wish to withdraw from the Lucky Draw by email at mailto:cctevents@capitaland.com.

9.5          There will be a total of five (5) winning teams for the Lucky Draw (“Lucky Draw Winning Teams”).

9.6          Each of the five Lucky Draw Winning Team will be entitled to receive One Hundred and Twenty Singapore Dollars (S$120) worth of CapitaVouchers (“Lucky Draw Prizes”).

9.7          The Lucky Draw Prizes are not exchangeable for cash from the Lucky Draw Organiser and are not transferrable to any other persons.

9.8          At the end of or after the Lucky Draw Period, the five Winning Teams will be picked from the Qualifying Lucky Draw Participant Teams through a lucky draw conducted by the Lucky Draw Organiser. The Lucky Draw Winning Teams shall be informed by email shortly after the draw and method(s) as may be determined by the Lucky Draw Organiser.

9.9          A representative from each of the five Lucky Draw Winning Teams shall be required to provide Proof of Identification for prize collection on behalf of the team.
9.10        The representative from the five Lucky Draw Winning Teams may be required to sign an acknowledgement and release form prescribed by the Lucky Draw Organiser in respect of his receipt of the Lucky Draw Prize.

9.11        The Lucky Draw Prizes must be claimed within one (01) month from the date of announcement of the results (“Lucky Draw Deadline”) failing which the uncollected Lucky Draw Prizes shall be forfeited.

9.12        All unclaimed Lucky Draw Prizes by the Lucky Draw Deadline shall be forfeited and the Lucky Draw Prizes will be to the next-in-line Lucky Draw Winning Team.

9.13        The Lucky Draw Organiser reserves the right to change, suspend, discontinue, replace, extend or withdraw this Lucky Draw, or amend any of these Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice and liability whatsoever.

9.14        The Lucky Draw Organiser’s decisions on the Lucky Draw and the Winners shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained under any circumstances. In the event of a dispute, any Lucky Draw Participant’s entitlement to participate in this Lucky Draw and a Lucky Draw Participant’s entitlement to the Prizes shall be subject to the sole discretion and final determination of the Lucky Draw Organiser.

9.15        The Lucky Draw Organiser makes no warranty, assurances or guarantees as to the Prizes and shall not be responsible to any Lucky Draw Winning Teams or Lucky Draw Participant for the Prizes, including but not limited to the redemption and use of the Prizes and the specifications, defects or non-performance in the Prizes.

9.16        These Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and the Lucky Draw Participants agree to be bound by the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Personal Data

10.1        All Participants will be required to provide their Personal Data to register for the Race. Such personal data may include without limitation the Participant's full name, age, date of birth, gender, Singapore telephone number, email address, residential address, personal identification or passport number. Participants acknowledge that in providing their Personal Data, they consent to allowing their personal data being processed, collected, used and/ or disclosed for the purposes of organising the Race by the Organiser and other members of the CapitaLand Group and for the Lucky Draw Organiser to organize the Lucky Draw. In addition, the Participants acknowledge that the Organiser may instruct agents, service providers and consultants, in compliance with applicable data protection laws and regulations, to process, collect, use and disclose such Personal Data for the purposes of organising the Race such as, but not limited to, sending updates and any changes (if any) to the Race date.

10.2        The CapitaLand Group reserves the right to use the names, pictures, photographs or likeness of any Participant or Lucky Draw Winning Teams in their marketing, publicity or promotional materials at their sole discretion without notice to the Participant or Lucky Draw Winning Teams or require any Participant or Lucky Draw Winning Teams to appear in any form of marketing, publicity or promotional activities.

10.3        The CapitaLand Group may also use Participants’ aggregated personal data to conduct analysis on their overall effectiveness of organising the Race to help it to improve, review, develop and efficiently coordinate future races and/or lucky draws conducted by any member of the CapitaLand Group.

10.4        The CapitaLand Personal Data Protection Policy (the “DPP”) is accessible at https://www.capitaland.com/international/en/legal-notices/privacy-policy.html). More information on the transfer of Personal Data and the Group’s data retention policies is set out in the DPP.

Trade Mark Disclaimer

11.1        All trademarks shown in the Race Terms and Condition and used during the Race shall remain the property of the respective holders. Unless otherwise represented, the display of these trademarks on all Race related material are solely for the purposes of illustrating products, event businesses being discussed and should not be taken in any way to indicate any relationship, affiliation and/or sponsorship between the respective holders of trademarks, the Organiser and the Group. 

B. CCT Live It Up! Activities

1.1          CapitaLand Commercial Trust (the “Organiser” which expression herein includes its employees, its authorised agents, corporate sponsors and service providers as it may engage to assist with coordinating and organising the Live It Up! 2019 Activity) is organising its several talks, seminars and workshops as part of the CCT Live It Up! Activity (each an “Activity” and collectively the CCT Live It Up! Activity) for employees of tenants of CCT Properties (as defined in Clause 2.1 below) with the objectives of promoting wellness and greater awareness of environmental sustainability among its community.

1.2          The Live It Up! Activity is an initiative to promote wellness and environmental sustainability in CapitaLand Commercial Trust office community. The Activity will stretch over a three (3) weeks period and include talks, seminars and workshops. The Live It Up! Activity will end with a CCT Eco Race and will be held on 31 August 2019.

2.1          The Activities are only open to all employees of tenants of CCT Properties, including CapitaLand Limited and members within its Group (herein known as the “CapitaLand Group” and collectively, the “Participants”). Employees of the CapitaLand Group are defined in this Terms and Conditions as CapitaLand Staff.

2.2          All Participants for the Activities must be at least 18 years old in 2019 (born in 2001).

2.3          The Activity is only open to employees of tenant of the CCT Properties, or CapitaLand Group. Verification of eligibility must be provided upon request.

2.4          Registration for the Activities is available through the official Activity website. Majority of the Activities are free to participate whereas there may be a non-refundable registration fee for some of the Activities and more information will be provided before registration on the Official Activity Website.

2.5         More information on the timing and venues for the various Activities are available on the official Activity website.

2.6          Each Participant agrees to : (i) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about himself in the registration form (the “Personal Data”) for the Activities for the purposes of administering and coordinating the various Activities and (ii) maintain and promptly update his Personal Data to ensure it stays true, accurate, current and complete. The Organiser may contact the Participant from time to time by email and/or SMS if there are any changes to the details for the Activities. Any notice sent to the email address and/or SMS sent to the telephone number registered for the Activities via the online registration form shall be deemed as received by the Participant. If any Participant provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete or if the Organiser has grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, the Organiser may reject, suspend or terminate the Participant’s registration to access the official Activity website and for any Activities registered.

2.7          Upon successful registration, each Participant shall be deemed to have read and agreed to abide and be bound by: (a) all the rules and regulations relating to the eligibility to attend in the Activities under section 2 herein (the “Eligibility”); (b) the safety and medical advisory in section 3 herein (the “Safety and Medical Advisory”); (c) the disclaimer in section 4 herein (the “Disclaimer”); and (d) any other requirements as may be determined by the Organiser.

2.8          There shall be no refund of any registration fees (if applicable for some selected Activities) to any Participant who does not in due course take part in the relevant Activity, for any reason whatsoever.

2.9          After registration is confirmed, should the Participant be unable to attend any Activity, the Participant may transfer his registration slot for any Activity to another employee of any tenant of the CCT Properties by sending an email to cctevents@capitaLand.com to request for the change. Participants are encouraged to write in to request for changing of participant as soon as they are aware of any reason they would not be able to attend the Activity they have registered. The Organiser does not guarantee all request for change of participants will be approved.

2.10        The Participants’ compliance with all the Terms and Condition of the Activity herein does not guarantee selection for attendance to any Activity. Availability for each of the Activity is on a first come first serve basis and the number of participants may be limited for some Activities due to the space constraints of the venue.

2.11        The Organiser reserves the right at all times to make any amendments, additions, deletions or otherwise make any changes to the Terms and Condition of the Activity herein or any part of the Activities during the Activity Period, with or without notice, including, but not limited to, changes to the Activity name, locations of the Activities or the Rewards and/or the value of the Reward. In case of any disagreement on any terms and conditions, the Organiser shall be the sole authority to interpret these terms and conditions and in so doing, it may take into account the interests of all Participants and/or the Involved Party (as defined below) in the Activity as a whole. The Organiser further reserves the right to suspend, discontinue or terminate the Activity or any of the Activity at any time, at its absolute discretion, without prior notice and without any liability whatsoever. Any amendments to these terms and conditions and/ or any changes to the fee, dates, suspension, postponement, discontinuance or termination of the Activity or any Activity will be updated on the official Activity Website.

Each Participant voluntarily assumes the risks inherent in such Activity.

3.2          While reasonable precautions will be taken by the Organiser to ensure the Participants’ safety, each of the Participant takes part in the Activities at his own risk. To the fullest extent permissible by law, the Organiser shall not be held liable for any injury or death howsoever arising from any of the Participants’ participation in the Activities. Accordingly, the Organiser, its related companies and their employees and agents shall not be liable to the Participants for and Participants shall not claim against the same in respect of any loss, expenses, injuries, death or damages arising out of or in connection with attending any of the Activities. If a prospective participant, is not agreeable to any of the foregoing, he should refrain from taking part in the Activities.

3.3          Due to safety reasons, pets, bicycles, in-line skates, prams, push carts, shoes with built-in or attached rollers and any other wheel-run objects will not be allowed to be brought into any of the Activity.

The Disclaimer

4.1          By submitting the registration to attend any Activity, all Participants shall be deemed to consent and/or agree to the following terms and with all the Terms and Condition of the Activity herein:

(a)    CCT, CapitaLand Limited and its related Corporations, third-party sponsors and partners, their agents and authorised service providers (collectively referred to as the “Involved Parties”), collecting, using disclosing and/or processing the Participant’s personal data, in order to inform the Participants of any changes to any Activity and/or the Live It Up! Activity via mail, email, SMS, telephone and other means of communications (including via all and any of their Singapore telephone numbers which the Organiser may have in its records);

(b)    participate in any interviews or “question-and-answer” sessions at the sole discretion of the Organiser (for the avoidance of doubt, the Organiser is not obliged to interview each and every Participant). The Participant(s) further understand that they may be required to provide additional personal details and information for the purpose of selection by the Organiser and consent to the collection, use, disclosure and/ or processing of the additional personal data provided by them;

(c)     the Involved Parties using and publishing the photographs and/or videos taken at any point in the Live It Up! Activity and its related activities for marketing and publicity purposes;

(d)    co-operate with, and participate in any activities in connection with the Live It Up! Activity organised by the Organiser without charging any fee whatsoever to the Involved Parties or compensation from the Involved Parties.

4.2          Further details will be emailed to the selected Participants of the Activity from time-to-time.

4.3          The Organiser will not accept any responsibility or liability for damage to or loss of the Participant's or any other person's personal property by participating in any of the Activity.

CCT Live It Up! 2019 Rewards

5.1          Rewards as listed below in this Clause 5.1 will be given to Participants for registering and attending any of the Activity subject to this Activity Terms and Conditions. Rewards will only be given to employees of tenants of CCT Properties. The Organiser may at its sole and absolute discretion and at any time without prior notice replace or substitute any Reward with another of similar value selected by the Organiser.

3-day access Fitness First/Pure trial pass

• Snack bar by Nature Valley

5.2          The Rewards must be taken as they are and are strictly not refundable or exchangeable for cash or extendable in validity. The Organiser reserves the right to replace any of the Rewards with items of similar value.

5.3          The Rewards will be given at each Activity, on a first-come-first-serve basis, while stock lasts. The Organiser will endeavor to provide available Rewards but does not guarantee availability of the Rewards at any Activity.

5.4          If any of the Reward is not available at any Activity, the organiser may make arrangement for the Participant to collect the Reward in person, or for the Participants’ authorised representative to collect on their behalf. The following must be presented for verification when either the Participant or his Authorised Representative is collecting the Reward:

• Any instruction from the Organiser entitling the Participant to the Reward as may be provided, and

• Email confirming the Participant’s registration of the relevant Activity; and

• Photocopy of participant’s photo-identity Card or passport; or

• Photocopies of participant’s and the authorised representative’s Identity Card or passport.

5.5          For the avoidance of any doubt, the Organiser and its agents will not retain any physical photo-identity card and/or the unique identifier number. Production of the photo-identity Card is required for verification of identity.

5.6          Participants are responsible for ensuring they collect or their authorised representative collect the Reward(s) by the deadline to be informed by the Organiser (if any). Late collection will not be entertained and the Organiser shall not be liable for any other loss or inconvenience caused due to Participants’ inability or his authorised representative’s inability to collect the Reward(s) by the specified deadline (if any). The Organiser is not obliged to make further arrangements to facilitate the collection of the Reward(s). Any Reward not collected by the deadline (if any) will be deemed to be unwanted.

3-day access Pass to Fitness First and Pure Gyms (“Gym Pass”)

6.1          Pure Pure Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“Pure”) and Fitness First Fitness First Singapore Pte Ltd (“Fitness First”) will each be sponsoring complimentary 3-days gym passes.

6.2          Participants are entitled to receive one (1) complimentary 3-days Pure Gym Pass for Activities conducted at Asia Square Tower 2 and Asia Square (The Cube) only. Redemption of the complimentary 3-days Pure Gym Pass is only valid for first-time Pure users and are not applicable for past or existing Pure members. The Pure Gym Passes are provided on a first-come-first-serve basis and are available while stocks last.

6.3          Participants are entitled to receive one (1) complimentary 3-days Fitness First Gym Pass for Activities conducted at Capital Tower, CapitaGreen, One George Street and Six Battery Road only. Redemption of the complimentary 3-days Fitness First Gym Pass is only valid for first-time Fitness First users and are not applicable for past or existing Fitness First members. The Fitness First Gym Passes are provided on a first-come-first-serve basis and are available while stocks last.

6.3          The Fitness First and Pure Gym Passes are valid for use between 13 August 2019 to 31 October 2019 and must be used for any consecutive three-days period.

6.4          The Fitness First Gym Pass will grant the Participants entry to any Fitness First gym outlets in Singapore. Participants using the Fitness First Gym Pass shall abide by the terms and condition of use of Fitness First

6.5          The Pure Gym Pass will grant the Participants entry to any Pure outlets in Singapore. Participants are also allowed to attend any Pure Yoga and Pure Fitness sessions during the 3-day pass activation period. Participants using the Pure Gym Pass shall abide by the terms and condition of use of the gym by Pure.

Snack Bar by Nature Valley (“Snack Bars”)

6.6          The Snack Bars are sponsored by General Mills Singapore Pte. Ltd.

6.7          The Snack Bars are perishable items and the Organiser and Nature Valley does not guarantee the Participants’ enjoyment when consuming the Snack Bars.

Registration and Closing Dates

7.1          Registration for each Activity will open on 12 July 2019 and will close automatically when it reaches the maximum capacity for the venue.

7.2          The Participants are encouraged to inform the Organiser at cctevent@capitaLand.com as soon as when they become aware that they will not be able to participate in any Activity so that the registration slot can be re-open for booking by other interested Participants.

Personal Data

8.1          All Participants will be required to provide their Personal Data to register for the Activities. Such personal data may include without limitation the Participant's full name, age, date of birth, gender, Singapore telephone number, email address, residential address, personal identification or passport number. Participants acknowledge that in providing their Personal Data, they consent to allowing their personal data being processed, collected, used and/ or disclosed for the purposes of organising the Activities by the Organiser and other members of the CapitaLand Group. In addition, the Participants acknowledge that the Organiser may instruct agents, service providers and consultants, in compliance with applicable data protection laws and regulations, to process, collect, use and disclose such Personal Data for the purposes of organising the Activities such as, but not limited to, sending updates and any changes (if any) to the date and venue and/or requirements (if any i.e. attire) of the Activities.

8.2          The CapitaLand Group reserves the right to use the names, pictures, photographs or likeness of any Participant and their teams in their marketing, publicity or promotional materials at their sole discretion without notice to the Participant or their teams or require any Participant or their teams to appear in any form of marketing, publicity or promotional activities.

8.3          The CapitaLand Group may also use Participants’ aggregated personal data to conduct analysis on their overall effectiveness of organising the Activities to help it to improve, review, develop and efficiently coordinate future Activities and races and/or lucky draws conducted by any member of the CapitaLand Group.

Trade Mark Disclaimer

9.1          All trademarks shown in the Activity Terms and Condition and used during the Activity shall remain the property of the respective holders. Unless otherwise represented, the display of these trademarks on all Activity related material are solely for the purposes of illustrating products, Activity businesses being discussed and should not be taken in any way to indicate any relationship, affiliation and/or sponsorship between the respective holders of trademarks, the Organiser and the Group.

10.1        References to any organisations or companies outside of the CapitaLand Group, and/or their products, processes or services, do not necessarily constitute an endorsement or warranty thereof.
