  • Terms & Conditions
    1. These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) shall apply to the “Red, White & BlueSG: Spend and Earn STAR$®” Campaign (“Campaign”) organized by BlueSG Pte Ltd (“BlueSG”).
    2. By taking part in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decision(s) of BlueSG in relation to and in connection with this Campaign.
    3. BlueSG reserves the sole and absolute right to disqualify any participant or reject participants deemed ineligible for the Campaign (be it under these Terms & Conditions or if the participant has engaged in conduct that BlueSG considers fraudulent, inappropriate or unacceptable).
    4. The Campaign is for BlueSG mobile app users who rent BlueSG vehicles (Bluecar or Corsa-E) from 12th July 2024, 00:00hrs to 11th August 2024, 23:59hrs (both dates inclusive) (“Qualifying Period”).
    5. To qualify for the Campaign, you must fulfil all of the following criteria:
      • Download the BlueSG mobile app and sign up for an account if you are not a BlueSG registered user.
      • Interested users must register their Subscription ID and Registered Email Address in the registration form ( to qualify for the Campaign. Registration must be completed before the end of the campaign period.
      • Accumulate minimum spend of $59 on rental trips within the qualifying period. Only per-minute trips completed within the qualifying period are eligible. Trips completed with rental packages (whether wholly or partially) will not be eligible for this Campaign.
      • Qualified trips must end by 11th August 2024, 23:59hrs. Rental trips that end after 11th August 2024, 23:59hrs will not be eligible for this Campaign.
    6. The Campaign is limited to the first three hundred (300) registered users who successfully fulfil the required criteria.
    7. Each eligible participant who completes the task will receive 10,000 CapitaStar Rewards Programme STAR$® (“STAR$®”) in the form of a unique code sent to their registered email within thirty (30) working days after the end of the Campaign period. The code will only be valid for up to two (2) months after issuance by BlueSG.
    8. Employees of BlueSG are not eligible to participate in the lucky draw. 
    9. STAR$® are not transferrable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, and are subject to the terms and conditions of the CapitaStar Rewards Programme, which is operated by CapitaStar.
    10. BlueSG shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in posting of rental transactions which may result in any customer being omitted from the Campaign.
    11. BlueSG will not be responsible for any loss, claim or damage suffered or incurred in connection with the Campaign (including but not limited to any error in computing any qualifying transaction, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment) and/or any notices, letters or correspondence lost, stolen or misdirected in the postal system or telecommunication system, and the consequences arising from the non-receipt of such communication.
    12. BlueSG’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign shall be final. No correspondence or claims will be entertained.
    13. BlueSG may vary the Terms and Conditions, withdraw or terminate the Campaign at any time without any notice or liability to any party. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to the Campaign, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
