1. INTRODUCTION

1.1.   From Our Family To Yours (the “Promotion”) is exclusive to members of CapitaStar Rewards (referred to as “Eligible Shopper”). Shoppers can download the CapitaStar mobile application and sign up within the App as a member to qualify and participate in this Promotion. CapitaStar Rewards (Refer to CapitaStar Rewards Programme) is only awarded for the qualifying spend at participating CapitaLand Malls as shown in the table below.

1.2.   The Promotion is organised by CapitaLand Retail Management Pte Ltd (“Organiser”) and shall be governed by these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”).

1.3.   The promotion period (“Promotion Period”) is from 11 November to 31 December 2022, both dates inclusive.

1.4.   The Promotion mechanics of the “From Our Family To Yours” Promotion and the Weekend Bonus Rewards Promotion are as follows:

1.4.1. Eligible Shoppers must spend the minimum transactional value at the relevant participating CapitaLand Mall as shown in the table below (“Qualifying Spend”) to receive the relevant amount of eCapitaVoucher (eCV) (“Reward”).

1.4.2. Eligible Shoppers can combine any number of receipts with transactional value of Singapore Dollars Twenty (S$20) or more from the same participating CapitaLand Malls on the same day (“Eligible Transaction/ Receipt”) subject always to Clause 3.2 of this Terms and Condition herein. To satisfy the Qualifying Spend of Singapore Dollars One Hundred and Fifty (S$150), at least one of the Eligible Transaction/ Receipt shall need to have a minimum transactional value of Singapore Dollars Fifty (S$50).

1.4.3. Eligible Shoppers can combine any number of Eligible same-day Transaction/ Receipt within the same participating CapitaLand Mall, during each day of the Promotional Period, to qualify for the eCV Reward. Only receipts snapped and uploaded to the CapitaStar app on the same day of purchase will be accepted for the purposes of satisfying the Qualifying Spend. For purchases made via eCV, Eligible Shoppers are still required to snap the receipts and upload to the CapitaStar app on the same day of purchase. For purchases made via DBS payment mode – DBS/POSB Credit or Debit cards and DBS Paylah! (DBS Paylah! account must be linked to CapitaStar app) no scanning of receipt(s) is necessary. Receipts with transactional value of less than Singapore Dollars Twenty (S$20) shall not be accepted, for this Promotion, to be combined to satisfy the Qualifying Spend.

1.4.4. Each Member may receive a maximum of one (1) Reward per participating CapitaLand Mall per day of the Promotion Period.

1.5.   The eCV Reward will be available for redemption through the CapitaStar app from 10am on each day of the Promotion Period. Eligible Receipts snapped and submitted through the CapitaStar app before 10am will not qualify for the Promotion.

1.6.   The eCV Reward will be automatically credited directly into the CapitaStar App of the Qualifying Eligible Member upon qualification of all Eligible Receipt(s) snapped and approved.

1.7.   The eCV Reward awarded in this Promotion will expire in three (3) months from the date of issuance. Eligible Shoppers can tap on the “Voucher” tab from the CapitaStar App main screen to view the Reward and the expiry date. The Organiser shall not be obliged to entertain any request to extend the validity of the eCV Reward.

1.8.   The eCV Reward in this Promotion is provided on a first-come-first-served basis and redemption of the respective Reward is subject to availability at the respective Participating CapitaLand Mall, while stocks last.

2.   ELIGIBILITY

2.1. Without limiting the generality of the above, the following persons shall not be eligible for the Promotion:

a.     employees of any retail tenants in the Participating Malls; and

b.     persons who the Organiser may decide to exclude at its discretion without notice and without providing any reason, at any time.

2.2. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any member who is found at any time (whether before or after the receipt of any eCV Reward) to be in breach of the relevant eligibility or qualifying criteria. Any eCV Reward awarded to any member may be forfeited, and if collected, shall be returned to the Organiser promptly and may be dealt with the Organiser’s sole discretion.

3.   QUALIFYING SPEND

3.1.   Only the total final amount paid as indicated on the tax invoice(s)/ receipt(s) issued by the participating store(s) will be accepted for this Promotion. NETS or credit/debit card transaction slips are not acceptable in place of original copies of shopping receipts.

3.2.   Notwithstanding Clause 1.4 of this Terms and Conditions hereinabove, receipt(s) from car grooming services, SingPost transactions, purchase of parking coupons, purchase or top up of Cashcard / stored value cards, purchase or top up of stores’ membership card, gift cards and vouchers (i.e. CapitaVouchers / eCapitaVouchers or participating stores’ vouchers), SISTIC transactions, AXS / SAM machines transactions and bill payments, purchase of lottery tickets, purchase of movie tickets and food and beverages at cinema, any transactions at pawn shops and money changer, bank and other financial institutions’ transactions, transactions from pushcarts and stalls at temporary roadshows at the participating malls, and transactions from supermarkets (Cold Storage, FairPrice, FairPrice Finest, and GIANT) are not eligible for use as a receipt in this Promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, transactions at Cold Storage at Aperia, Don Don Donki and Scarlett Supermarket at JCube, Scarlett Supermarket at Lot One, Eccellente by HAO mart and Scarlett Supermarket at Westgate and FairPrice at SingPost Centre shall be recognized for the purposes of this Promotion. For purchases of goods and services made by instalments, only the instalment receipt showing the value of the purchase(s) made on the same day of the redemption, will be eligible for use as a receipt in this Promotion for CapitaStar Rewards programme. Receipt(s) from deposit placements, order placements, and payments using tenant / credit card loyalty points will not be accepted for the purposes of this Promotion.

3.3.   The Organiser may reject any tax invoice, receipts and/or charge slip as invalid at its sole and absolute discretion, and such determination shall be final and conclusive.

3.4.   The Organiser reserves the right to verify all purchases made by the Eligible Shopper and the tax invoice(s)/ receipt(s) before processing the redemption of the eCV Reward in the Promotion.

3.5.   Receipts shall be considered expended for the purposes of this Promotion and other promotions in the CapitaLand Mall when it is used to redeem the eCV Reward. Receipts cannot be used for redemption of multiple eCV Rewards. Receipts cannot be used for redemption of more than one promotion at any CapitaLand Mall.

4.     DBS/POSB CARDMEMBERS’ EXCLUSIVE

4.1.   The DBS/POSB Cardmembers’ Exclusive (the “DBS/POSB Promotion”) is exclusively for members of CapitaStar Rewards programme who have linked their CapitaStar account on DBS PayLah! and made purchases with the relevant DBS/POSB Credit or Debit Cards and/or DBS PayLah! (referred to as “DBS/POSB Eligible Shopper”). DBS/POSB Eligible Shoppers can download the CapitaStar mobile application and sign up within the App as a member and link their CapitaStar account to qualify and participate in this DBS/POSB Promotion.

4.2.   Eligible Shoppers can combine any number of receipts, made with DBS/POSB Credit or Debit Cards and/or DBS PayLah! with transactional value of Singapore Dollars Twenty (S$20) or more from the same participating CapitaLand Malls on the same day (“Eligible Transaction”) subject always to Clause 3.2 of this Terms and Condition herein. Receipts with transactional value of less than Singapore Dollars Twenty (S$20) shall not be accepted, for this DBS/POSB Promotion, to be combined to satisfy the Qualifying Spend.

4.3.   For avoidance of doubt, DBS/POSB Eligible Shoppers will not have to upload their receipts on the CapitaStar app to qualify for the relevant eCV Reward under the DBS/POSB Promotion. DBS/POSB Eligible Shoppers can combine any number of Eligible same-day Transaction within the same participating CapitaLand Mall, during each day of the Promotional Period, to qualify for the eCV Reward.

4.4.   Transactions with value of less than Singapore Dollars Twenty (S$20) shall not be accepted, for this DBS/POSB Promotion, to be combined to satisfy the Qualifying Spend.

4.5.   DBS/POSB Eligible Shoppers can enjoy up to Singapore Dollars Twenty (S$20) worth of eCV Reward upon satisfying the Qualifying Spend, where eCV rewards are issued on a first-come-first-served basis and redemption of the respective Reward is subject to availability at the respective Participating CapitaLand Mall, while stocks last. 4.6.   The DBS/POSB Promotion is limited to the first Twenty Thousand (20,000) qualifying transactions on a first-come-first-served basis and each DBS/POSB Eligible Shopper may receive a maximum of one (1) Reward per participating CapitaLand Mall per day of the Promotion Period.

5.   DIGITAL REWARDS BY CAPITASTAR – FROM OUR FAMILY TO YOURS SERIES CHARACTER STAMP

5.1.   From 11 November to 31 December, Eligible Shoppers will receive either (i) Disney From Our Family To Yours Stamp with a fixed reward (“Game Reward”) or (ii) Disney Mini-Stamps (“Game Token”) upon satisfying the following qualifying promotion mechanics (“Qualifying Actions”) in this Section below. The Game Reward and Game Token(s) are issued on a randomized basis.

5.3.1. For avoidance of doubt, Game Rewards are issued on a random basis for each Qualifying Action completed during the Promotion Period. Eligible Shoppers can receive more than one Game Reward during the Promotion Period and may also receive the same Game Reward.

5.3.2. As the Game Rewards are issued in the form of eCapitaVoucher(s) Game Rewards will not be credited to the account of the Eligible Shopper if the value of eCapitaVoucher in the CapitaStar wallet of the Eligible Shopper exceeds Singapore Dollars One Thousand (S$1,000) in value after crediting the Game Rewards to the existing remaining balance.

5.4.3. The quantity of Game Token(s) required to exchange for any Game Reward shall be determined by the Organizer in its sole discretion and may be subject to change from time to time without notice.

5.4.4. Any Game Token(s) obtained and/or accumulated by an Eligible Shopper shall be exchangeable into Game Rewards only during the Promotion Period and any Game Token(s) not exchanged after the Promotion Period shall automatically lapse, become void and of no further use.

6.   Additional Terms governing qualification of Action 1 of Digital Rewards

(SPEND S$150 AT PARTICIPATING CAPITALAND MALLS)

6.1.   Eligible Shoppers can combine receipts with transactional value of minimum S$20 or more from the same participating CapitaLand malls on the same day (“Eligible Transaction/ Receipt”) to satisfy the Qualifying Spend of Singapore Dollars One Hundred and Fifty (S$150). Receipts with transactional value of less than Singapore Dollars Twenty (S$20) shall not be accepted for the purposes of this Digital Rewards Promotion.

6.2.   The Qualifying Period for Action 1 is from 11 November to 31 December 2022 (both dates inclusive). Each Eligible Shopper is entitled to one (1) redemption per day based on Action 1 during the Promotion Period. 

6.3.   Eligible Shoppers must upload purchase receipt(s) through their CapitaStar App (unless otherwise stated) on the same day of purchase during the Promotion Period and only approved receipt(s) will qualify for this Promotion. Receipt(s) uploaded after the date of purchase will not be accepted for the purposes of this Digital Rewards Promotion. Scanning of receipt(s) at the Customer Service Counter will not be eligible to earn the Game Reward or Game Token(s). For avoidance of doubt, only receipts snapped and uploaded to the CapitaStar app and/or transactions made with DBS PayLah!, DBS/POSB Credit or Debit Cards (see section 5.4) on the same day of purchase at the same participating CapitaLand mall will be accepted in order to earn the Game Reward or Game Token(s).

6.4.   Eligible Shoppers who have linked their CapitaStar account on DBS PayLah! and have made a transaction at participating CapitaLand malls with DBS Payment Modes (DBS/POSB Credit or Debit Cards and/or DBS PayLah!) will not need to upload their receipts on the CapitaStar app to earn the Game Reward or Game Token.

6.5.   Eligible Shoppers who transacted using eCapitaVoucher and/or ShopBack Pay as a payment mode will not be eligible to earn the Game Reward or Game Token.

6.6.   All receipts shall be considered expended for the purposes of this Promotion and other promotions in the Mall when it is used to redeem the Reward. Receipts cannot be used for redemption of multiple Rewards (unless otherwise stated).

6.7.   Only the total final amount paid as indicated on the tax invoice(s)/ receipt(s) issued by the participating store(s) will be accepted for redemption under this Promotion. NETS or credit/debit card transaction slips are not acceptable in place of original copies of shopping receipts. 6.8.   The Reward will not be awarded until the submitted tax invoice(s), receipt(s) and/ or charge slip(s) are determined to be valid. The Organiser may reject any tax invoice, receipt and/ or charge slip(s) as invalid at its sole and absolute discretion, and such determination shall be final and conclusive.

6.9.   The Organiser and its partner(s) (if any) in this Promotion reserve the right to change, vary, replace, substitute, amend, withdrawal or cancel this Promotion and/or any of the terms and conditions herein at their sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice or any liability to any party.

6.10.  The Organiser does not make any warranty or representation in relation to any product or services offered in this Promotion or redeemed by vouchers and shall not accept any liability in respect of the same.

6.11.  By participating in this Promotion, the Eligible Shopper represents that he/ she has read and agreed with this Promotion Terms and Conditions.

6.12.  Without limiting the generality of the above, the following persons shall not be eligible for the Promotion: 

6.12.1.   Persons who the Organiser may decide to exclude at its discretion without notice and without providing any reason, at any time.

6.12.2.   Persons who create multiple CapitaStar accounts in order to enter the promotion more than once per person. Anyone found using multiple accounts to enter the promotion will be found in breach of these terms and excluded from the promotion.

6.13.  By participating in this Promotion, the Eligible Shopper acknowledges and consents to the processing, collection, use and disclosure of his/ her Personal Data by the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries and related corporations including its holding company, CapitaLand Limited (collectively, “CapitaLand Group”), and authorised agents, business partners and service providers in compliance with applicable data protection laws, regulations and guidelines to facilitate the administration of the Promotion including compliance with the Promotion Terms and Condition and that he/ she has read and agreed with the CapitaLand Group’s Data Protection Policy available at www.capitaland.com.sg as may be amended, replaced, substituted from time to time.

6.14.  By participating in this Promotion, the Eligible Shopper agrees that the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, business partners and respective officers and employees shall not be liable for any actions, claims, demands, injuries, proceedings, liability, losses, damages, costs and expenses of any nature sustained by the participant directly or indirectly by reason of or in connection with this Promotion. The participant shall indemnify and keep the Organiser and its officers, servants, agents and employees ("the Indemnified Parties") fully indemnified against any and all loss, damage, demand, liability, claims, expenses and costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) suffered and/or incurred by any of the Indemnified Parties as a result of the breach of any of the terms and conditions herein by the participant.

6.15.  The Organiser’s decision on any dispute regarding the Promotion shall be final and no correspondence shall be entertained.

6.16.  This Promotion Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and the participant in this promotion irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts to resolve any and all disputes.

6.17.  Information stated in this Promotion Terms and Condition is correct at the time of printing and is subject to change without prior notice.

7.   Additional Terms governing qualification of Action 2 of Digital Rewards

(PURCHASE / GIFT MINIMUM S$100 ECAPITAVOUCHER IN A SINGLE TRANSACTION)

7.1.   Eligible Shoppers must purchase a minimum of Singapore Dollars One Hundred (S$100) worth of eCapitaVoucher (all payment modes accepted except DBS/POSB Credit or Debit cards) in a single transaction on the CapitaStar app to qualify for a Game Reward or Game Token.

7.2.   Purchase and use of eCapitaVoucher is subject to the CapitaVoucher terms and conditions. Click here for more info about eCapitaVoucher full terms and conditions. 

7.3.   The qualifying period for Action 2 is from 11 November to 31 December 2022 (both dates inclusive). Each Eligible Shopper is entitled to one (1) redemption per day based on Action 2 during the Promotion Period.

8.   Additional Terms governing qualification of Action 3 of Digital Rewards

(PURCHASE/GIFT MINIMUM $100 ECAPITAVOUCHER IN A SINGLE TRANSACTION WITH DBS/POSB CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS)

8.1.   Eligible Shoppers must purchase a minimum of Singapore Dollars One Hundred (S$100) eCapitaVoucher with DBS/POSB Debit or Credit Cards in a single transaction on the CapitaStar app to qualify for a Game Reward and Game Token.

8.2.   Purchase and use of eCapitaVoucher is subject to the CapitaVoucher terms and conditions. Click here for more info about eCapitaVoucher full terms and conditions. 

The qualifying period for Action 3 is from 11 November to 31 December 2022 (both dates inclusive). Each Eligible Shopper is entitled to one (1) redemption per day based on Action 3. Each Eligible Shopper may satisfy Action 3 up to a maximum of five (5) redemptions throughout the Promotion Period.

9.   Additional Terms governing qualification of Action 3 of Digital Rewards

(LINK CAPITASTAR ACCOUNT ON DBS PAYLAH! AND MAKE FIRST TRANSACTION OF S$20 with DBS PAYMODES)

9.1  To satisfy the qualification requirements for Action 4, an Eligible Shopper must:

9.1.1. Be a CapitaStar member and DBS PayLah! account holder at the time of the promotion;

9.1.2.  Successfully linked their CapitaStar and DBS PayLah! account during the Promotion Period. For avoidance of doubt, this Digital Reward is eligible for new CapitaStar to DBS PayLah! linkages during the Promotion Period only; and

10.  Additional Terms governing qualification of Action 5 of Digital Rewards

12.  GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

12.1.  Eligible Shoppers must snap the receipt(s) through their CapitaStar App on the same day of purchase during the Promotion Period and only approved receipt(s) will qualify for this Promotion.

12.2.  The eCV Reward (if any) cannot be exchanged for different denomination and are subject to the relevant terms and conditions governing the use of the eCapitaVouchers. Please refer to eCapitaVouchers terms and conditions.

12.3.  By participating in this Promotion, the Member (CapitaStar members):

  • 2. How do I participate in the promotion?

    All shoppers must download the CapitaStar app, sign up as a CapitaStar member and snap their same-day, same-mall receipts on the same day of purchase via the CapitaStar App from 10am during the Promotion Period to receive the rewards. Only approved receipts will qualify for the Promotions, available on a while-stocks-last basis.

    For purchases made via DBS payment mode – DBS/POSB Credit or Debit cards and DBS Paylah! (DBS Paylah! account must be linked to CapitaStar app), no scanning of receipt(s) is necessary.

    Strictly no scanning of receipts at the Customer Service Counter. 

  • 3. Is there a cap to the number of receipts a member can submit to qualify for the rewards?

    No, there is no cap to the number of receipts to accumulate provided it fits the minimum criteria.

    However, spending per receipt must have a minimum of $20 (as per CapitaStar program criteria) and one of the receipts must be at least $50*. Receipts with transactional value that are less than $20 per transaction will not be eligible for accumulation to meet the Qualifying Spend.

    *Exception: Criteria for one of the receipts to be at least $50 does not apply to Aperia and Bugis+.

    Yes, you will be eligible to redeem the rewards from these two malls if you meet the Qualifying Spend per mall and if there are available stocks. 

  • 6. If I combined receipts from two different malls to meet the Qualifying Spend, will I receive the reward?

    No, combination of receipts from different malls is not allowed. 

  • 7. If I use physical or eCapitaVouchers to make any purchase in participating malls, do I still qualify for promotion?

    Yes, usage of CapitaVouchers/ eCapitaVouchers to make the purchase in participating stores can qualify for the promotions. The gross spends including CapitaVoucher (both eCapitaVoucher and physical CapitaVoucher), excluding discounts will be counted towards the minimum spend amount. Members will still need to snap their receipts on CapitaStar app for purchases made with CapitaVouchers and(or) eCapitaVoucher to qualify for the promotions (subject to stocks availability).

  • 8. Do receipts from supermarkets qualify for this promotion?

    Receipts from supermarkets (Cold Storage, FairPrice, FairPrice Finest, and GIANT) do not qualify for this Promotion except for receipts from Cold Storage at Aperia, Don Don Donki and Scarlett Supermarket at JCube, Scarlett Supermarket at Lot One, Eccellente by HAO mart and Scarlett Supermarket at Westgate and FairPrice at SingPost Centre.

  • 9. Are there any other exclusions beside receipts from selected supermarkets?

    Receipt(s) from car grooming services, SingPost transactions, purchase of parking coupons, purchase or top up of Cashcard / stored value cards, purchase or top up of stores’ membership card, gift cards and vouchers (i.e. CapitaVouchers / eCapitaVouchers or participating stores’ vouchers), SISTIC transactions, AXS / SAM machines transactions and bill payments, purchase of lottery tickets, purchase of movie tickets and food and beverages at cinema, any transactions at pawn shops and money changer, bank and other financial institutions’ transactions, transactions from pushcarts and stalls at temporary roadshows at the participating malls, are not eligible for use as a receipt in this Promotion. For purchases of goods and services made by instalments, only the instalment receipt showing the value of the purchase(s) made on the same day of the redemption, will be eligible for use as a receipt in this Promotion for CapitaStar Rewards programme.   • 10. Do I still need to snap in my receipts if I have linked my CapitaStar account to DBS Paylah?

    No, members who have linked their CapitaStar account on DBS PayLah! and transacted with DBS payment modes do not have to snap their receipts on the CapitaStar app. For members who still proceed to snap their receipts, the receipts will be rejected to avoid double rewarding. 

  • 11. What do I do if my receipts were rejected?

    • For avoidance of doubt, Game Token(s) have no monetary reward value and are issued on a random basis for each Qualifying Action completed during the Promotion Period.
    • Eligible Shoppers can use the accrued Game Token(s) to exchange for a random Game Reward based on defined rate of exchange during the Promotion Period on a first-come-first-served basis, whilst stocks of the Game Rewards last.
    • The quantity of Game Token(s) required to exchange for any Game Reward shall be determined by the Organizer in its sole discretion and may be subject to change from time to time without notice.

  • 5. What is the difference between Disney From Our Family To Yours Rewards and/or Mini-Stamps?
    • Upon completing tasks, eligible members will receive either; 
      • (i) Disney From Our Family To Yours Rewards with a fixed reward value tied to each stamp (“Game Reward”) in the form of eCapitaVoucher.
      • (ii) Mini-Stamps (“Game Token”) has no reward value, but can be accrued to exchange for a random Disney From Our Family To Yours Rewards. 
    • Game Reward(s) and Game Token(s) are issued on a randomized basis
  • 6. Will my stamps counter be reset after I have collected all 5 Disney From Our Family To Yours Stamps?

    No, the counters will not reset after gameboard completion (i.e if a member has collected all 5 Stamps)

    The counters will continue to accrue, even after each full completion of the gameboard.

  • 7. How do I enter the Lucky Draw for 1 Million STAR$?
    • One (1) Lucky Draw Chance would be given for each completed Molly Gameboard between 11 November 2022 to 31 December 2022 (both dates inclusive)
    • A completed Disney From Our Family To Yours Rewards gameboard is denoted when a CapitaStar member collects all 5 Disney From Our Family To Yours Stamps (“Game Rewards") between 11 November 2022 to 31 December 2022 (both dates inclusive)
    • The Lucky Draw will be conducted in January 2023 (Exact date to be confirmed) and there will be 10 winners drawn for the Lucky Draw, where each winner is eligible to win 1 Million STAR$® each. 
    • Winners of this lucky draw will be contacted via call and/or email that is registered to their CapitaStar account.
    • Prizes are non-transferrable nor exchangeable.

Section B: FAQ - Actions on the CapitaStar App

  • 1. Spend $150 at participating CapitaLand Malls (Action #1 – Disney From Our Family To Yours Rewards)
    • Eligible Shoppers can combine receipts with transactional value of minimum S$20 or more from the same participating CapitaLand malls on the same day (“Eligible Transaction/ Receipt”) to satisfy the Qualifying Spend of Singapore Dollars One Hundred and Fifty (S$150). Receipts with transactional value of less than Singapore Dollars Twenty (S$20) shall not be accepted for the purposes of this Digital Rewards Promotion.
    • The Qualifying Period for Action 1 is from 11 November to 31 December 2022 (both dates inclusive). Each Eligible Shopper is entitled to one (1) redemption per day based on Action #1 during the Promotion Period. 
    • Eligible Shoppers must upload purchase receipt(s) through their CapitaStar App (unless otherwise stated) on the same day of purchase during the Promotion Period and only approved receipt(s) will qualify for this Promotion. Receipt(s) uploaded after the date of purchase will not be accepted for the purposes of this Digital Rewards Promotion. Scanning of receipt(s) at the Customer Service Counter will not be eligible to earn the Game Reward or Game Token(s). For avoidance of doubt, only receipts snapped and uploaded to the CapitaStar app and/or transactions made with DBS PayLah!, DBS/POSB Credit or Debit Cards (see section 5.4) on the same day of purchase at the same participating CapitaLand mall will be accepted in order to earn the Game Reward or Game Token(s).
    • Eligible Shoppers who have linked their CapitaStar account on DBS PayLah! and have made a transaction at participating CapitaLand malls with DBS Payment Modes (DBS/POSB Credit or Debit Cards and/or DBS PayLah!) will not need to upload their receipts on the CapitaStar app to earn the Game Reward or Game Token.
    • Eligible Shoppers who transacted using eCapitaVoucher and/or ShopBack Pay as a payment mode will not be eligible to earn the Game Reward or Game Token.
    • All receipts shall be considered expended for the purposes of this Promotion and other promotions in the Mall when it is used to redeem the Reward. Receipts cannot be used for redemption of multiple Rewards (unless otherwise stated).
    • Only the total final amount paid as indicated on the tax invoice(s)/ receipt(s) issued by the participating store(s) will be accepted for redemption under this Promotion. NETS or credit/debit card transaction slips are not acceptable in place of original copies of shopping receipts. Receipt(s) from all car grooming services, purchase of parking coupons, purchase or top up of Cashcard / stored value cards, purchase or top up of stores’ membership card, gift cards and vouchers (i.e. CapitaVouchers/ eCapitaVouchers or participating stores’ vouchers), SISTIC transactions, AXS / SAM machines transactions and bill payments, purchase of lottery tickets, purchase of movie tickets and food and beverages at cinema, any transactions at pawn shops and money changer, bank and other financial institutions’ transactions, transactions from pushcarts are not eligible for use as a receipt in this Promotion. 
    • The Reward will not be awarded until the submitted tax invoice(s), receipt(s) and/ or charge slip(s) are determined to be valid. The Organiser may reject any tax invoice, receipt and/ or charge slip(s) as invalid at its sole and absolute discretion, and such determination shall be final and conclusive.
    • The Organiser and its partner(s) (if any) in this Promotion reserve the right to change, vary, replace, substitute, amend, withdrawal or cancel this Promotion and/or any of the terms and conditions herein at their sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice or any liability to any party.
    •  The Organiser does not make any warranty or representation in relation to any product or services offered in this Promotion or redeemed by vouchers and shall not accept any liability in respect of the same.
    • By participating in this Promotion, the Eligible Shopper represents that he/ she has read and agreed with this Promotion Terms and Conditions.
    • Without limiting the generality of the above, the following persons shall not be eligible for the Promotion:
