Office Privileges Recruitment Drive ("Promotion")

Promotion Start Date: 4 May 2022 to 30 June 2023 (“Promotion Period”)

1.     This Promotion is exclusive to CapitaStar members (referred to as “Eligible Member”) who are Office Tenants around the vicinity of the participating CapitaLand Malls (refer to point 4). Shoppers can download the CapitaStar mobile application and sign up within the App as a CapitaStar member to qualify and participate in this promotion.

2.     The Promotion is organised by CapitaLand Retail Management Pte Ltd (“Organiser”) and shall be governed by these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”).

3.     The Promotion mechanics of Office Privileges are as follows:

3.1   Eligible Members must be working in the vicinity of the participating CapitaLand Malls.

3.2   Eligible Members who are not Office Privileges members can present their staff card or name card at Bugis Junction Customer Service Counter (Level 2) to receive a promo code to sign-up. Limited to the first 150 sign-ups at Bugis Town, on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last.

3.3   Upon successful sign up, the first 150 Eligible Members each at Bugis Town will receive a promo code for a F&B eVoucher (“eVoucher Reward”). The eVoucher Reward is limited to 1 redemption per Eligible Member, on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last.

4.     CapitaStar New Member Recruitment Reward:

4.1   New CapitaStar members can sign up via the CapitaStar app with the promo code “CQS5K” and earn 5,000 STAR$® (“New Member Reward”).

4.2   The New Member Reward will be automatically credited directly into the Qualifying Eligible Member’s CapitaStar App upon the input of promo code.

4.3   The New Member Reward in this Promotion is provided on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last.

5.     The participating CapitaLand Malls for this Promotion are:

·         Bugis Junction (BJ)

·         Bugis+ (B+)

·         Clarke Quay (CQ)

·         Funan (FN)

Promotion Terms & Conditions:

1.     By agreeing to participate in this promotion, you will be registered as a CapitaStar member.

2.     All reward/prize are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash, credit, goods or benefits-in-kind, unless otherwise stated. The Reward must be redeemed by the qualifying Eligible Member and is not transferable to any other shopper. The Management is not obliged to provide a replacement item of equal or similar value once the Reward has been fully redeemed. The Management reserves the right to replace the Reward with an item of similar value at any time without prior notice.

3.     The Reward cannot be exchanged for different denomination and is subject to the relevant terms and conditions governing the use of the same.

4.     There will strictly be no extension for the expiry date of the New Member Reward and eVoucher Reward.

5.     By participating in this Promotion:

5.1.    The Member (CapitaStar members) acknowledges and consents to the processing, collection, use and disclosure of his/her Personal Data by the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries and related corporations including its holding company, CapitaLand Limited (collectively, “CapitaLand Group”), and authorised agents, business partners and service providers in compliance with applicable data protection laws, regulations and guidelines to facilitate the administration of the Promotion including compliance with the Promotion Terms and Condition and that he/ she has read and agreed with the CapitaLand Group’s and Data Protection Policy available at https://www.capitaland.com/en/en/legal-notices/privacy-policy.html and may be amended, replaced, substituted from time to time.

5.2.    Agrees that the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, business partners and respective officers and employees shall not be liable for any actions, claims, demands, injuries, proceedings, liability, losses, damages, costs and expenses of any nature sustained by the member directly or indirectly by reason of or in connection with this Promotion. The member shall indemnify and keep the Organiser and its officers, servants, agents and employees ("the Indemnified Parties") fully indemnified against any and all loss, damage, demand, liability, claims, expenses and costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) suffered and/or incurred by any of the Indemnified Parties as a result of the breach of any of the terms and conditions herein by the member. Members are deemed to have read, understood and accepted all the T&Cs set out herein, as well as any other requirements set out in any related promotional material, and all amendments, additions, replacements and modifications there to as may be made from time to time.

6.     Acceptance of any reward/prize shall constitute consent on the part of the Eligible Shopper to allow the use of his/her name, image, voice and/or likeness by the Organiser for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law

7.     All reward/prize are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit, goods or benefits-in-kind, unless otherwise stated.

8.     The Prize will not be awarded until the submitted tax invoice(s), receipt(s) and/ or charge slip(s) are determined to be valid. The Organiser may reject any tax invoice, receipt and/ or charge slip as invalid at its sole and absolute discretion, and such determination shall be final and conclusive.

9.     The Organiser and its partner(s) (if any) in this Promotion reserve the right to change, vary, replace, substitute, amend, withdrawal or cancel this Promotion and/or any of the terms and conditions herein at their sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice or any liability to any party.

10.   The Organiser does not make any warranty or representation in relation to any product or services offered in this Promotion or redeemed by vouchers or gift certificates and shall not accept any liability in respect of the same.

11.   By participating in this Promotion, the Eligible Shopper represents that he/ she has read and agreed with this Promotion Terms and Conditions.

12.   This Promotion Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and all participants in this Promotion irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts to resolve any and all dispute.

13.   The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
