1. INTRODUCTION
1.1. Embark on an Enchanted Journey at CapitaLand Malls – Enchanting Rewards (the “Promotion”) is exclusive to members of CapitaStar Rewards (referred to as “Eligible Shopper”). Shoppers can download the CapitaStar mobile application and sign up within the App as a member to qualify and participate in this Promotion. CapitaStar Rewards (Refer to CapitaStar Rewards Programme) is only awarded for the qualifying spend at participating CapitaLand Malls as shown in the table below.
1.2. The Promotion is organised by CapitaLand Retail Management Pte Ltd (“Organiser”) and shall be governed by these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”).
1.3. The promotion period (“Promotion Period”) is from 15 November to 31 December 2023, both dates inclusive.
1.4. The Promotion mechanics of the “Embark on an Enchanted Journey at CapitaLand Malls – Enchanting Rewards” Promotion are as follows:

1.4.2. Eligible Shoppers can combine any number of receipts with transactional value of Singapore Dollars Twenty (S$20) or more from the same participating CapitaLand Malls on the same day (“Eligible Transaction/ Receipt”) to satisfy the Qualifying Spend subject always to Clause 3.2 of this Terms and Condition herein. Specifically, to satisfy the Qualifying Spend of Singapore Dollars One Hundred and Twenty (S$120) or Singapore Dollars One Hundred (S$180), at least one of the Eligible Transaction/ Receipt shall need to have a minimum transactional value of Singapore Dollars Fifty (S$50).
1.4.3. Eligible Shoppers can combine any number of Eligible same-day Transaction/ Receipt within the same participating CapitaLand mall, during each day of the Promotional Period, to satisfy the Qualifying Spend to qualify for the Reward. Only receipts snapped and uploaded to the CapitaStar app on the same day of purchase and approved will be accepted for the purposes of satisfying the Qualifying Spend. For purchases made via eCapitaVoucher, Eligible Shoppers are still required to snap the receipts and upload to the CapitaStar app on the same day of purchase. For purchases made via DBS payment mode – DBS/POSB Credit or Debit cards and DBS Paylah! or ShopBack Pay/ShopBack PayLater (DBS Paylah! account or ShopBack account must be linked to CapitaStar app) no scanning of receipt(s) is necessary. Receipts with transactional value of less than Singapore Dollars Twenty (S$20) shall not be accepted, for this Promotion, to be combined to satisfy the Qualifying Spend.
1.4.4. Each Eligible Shopper may receive a maximum of one (1) eCV Reward per participating CapitaLand mall per day of the Promotion Period during the Promotion Period.
1.5. The Reward will be available for redemption through the CapitaStar app from 10am on each day of the Promotion Period. Eligible Receipts snapped and submitted through the CapitaStar app before 10am will not qualify for the Promotion.
1.6. The Reward will be automatically credited directly into the CapitaStar App of the Qualifying Eligible Member upon qualification of all Eligible Receipt(s) snapped and approved.
1.7. The eCV Reward awarded in this Promotion will expire in three (3) months from the date of issuance. Eligible Shoppers can tap on the “My Vouchers” tab from the CapitaStar App main screen to view the Reward and the expiry date. The Organiser shall not be obliged to entertain any request to extend the validity of the Reward.
1.8. The Reward in this Promotion is provided on a first-come, first-served basis and redemption of the respective Reward is subject to availability at the respective Participating CapitaLand mall, while stocks last.
2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1. Without limiting the generality of the above, the following persons shall not be eligible for the Promotion:
a. employees of any retail tenants in the Participating Malls; and
b. persons who the Organiser may decide to exclude at its discretion without notice and without providing any reason, at any time.
2.2. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any member who is found at any time (whether before or after the receipt of any Reward) to be in breach of the relevant eligibility or qualifying criteria. Any Reward awarded to any member may be forfeited, and if collected, shall be returned to the Organiser promptly and may be dealt with the Organiser’s sole discretion.
3. QUALIFYING SPEND
3.1. Only the total final amount paid as indicated on the tax invoice(s)/ receipt(s) issued by the participating store(s) will be accepted for this Promotion. NETS or credit/debit card transaction slips are not acceptable in place of original copies of shopping receipts.
3.2. Notwithstanding Clause 1.4 of this Terms and Conditions hereinabove, receipt(s) from car grooming services, SingPost transactions, purchase of parking coupons, purchase or top up of Cashcard / stored value cards, purchase or top up of stores’ membership card, gift cards and vouchers (i.e. CapitaVouchers / eCapitaVoucher or participating stores’ vouchers), SISTIC transactions, AXS / SAM machines transactions and bill payments, purchase of lottery tickets, purchase of movie tickets and food and beverages at cinema, any transactions at pawn shops and money changer, bank and other financial institutions’ transactions, transactions from pushcarts and stalls at temporary roadshows at the participating malls, and transactions from supermarkets (Cold Storage, FairPrice, FairPrice Finest, and GIANT) are not eligible for use as a receipt in this Promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, transactions at Cold Storage and Thai Supermarket at Aperia, Eccellente by HAO mart at Westgate, FairPrice at SingPost Centre and Scarlett Supermarket at Lot One, Plaza Singapura & Westgate shall be recognized for the purposes of this Promotion. For purchases of goods and services made by instalments, only the instalment receipt showing the value of the purchase(s) made on the same day of the redemption, will be eligible for use as a receipt in this Promotion for CapitaStar Rewards programme. Receipt(s) from deposit placements, order placements, and payments using tenant / credit card loyalty points will not be accepted for the purposes of this Promotion.
3.3. The Organiser may reject any tax invoice, receipts and/or charge slip as invalid at its sole and absolute discretion, and such determination shall be final and conclusive.
3.4. The Organiser reserves the right to verify all purchases made by the Eligible Shopper and the tax invoice(s)/ receipt(s) before processing the redemption of the Rewarding the Promotion.
3.5. Receipts shall be considered expended for the purposes of this Promotion and other promotions in CapitaLand malls when it is used to redeem the Reward. Receipts cannot be used for redemption of multiple Rewards. Receipts cannot be used for redemption of more than one promotion at any CapitaLand mall.
4. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
4.1. The eCV Reward cannot be exchanged for different denominations and are subject to the relevant terms and conditions governing the use of the eCapitaVoucher. Please refer to eCapitaVoucher terms and conditions.
4.2. By participating in this Promotion, the Member (CapitaStar members):
4.2.1. Acknowledges and consents to the processing, collection, use and disclosure of his/ her Personal Data by the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries and related corporations including its holding company, CapitaLand Investment Limited (collectively, “CapitaLand Group”), and authorised agents, business partners and service providers in compliance with applicable data protection laws, regulations and guidelines to facilitate the administration of the Promotion including compliance with the Promotion Terms and Condition and that he/ she has read and agreed with the CapitaLand Group’s and Data Protection Policy available at https://www.capitaland.com/international/en/legal-notices/privacy-policy.html and may be amended, replaced, substituted from time to time.
4.2.2. Agrees that the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, business partners and respective officers and employees shall not be liable for any actions, claims, demands, injuries, proceedings, liability, losses, damages, costs and expenses of any nature sustained by the member directly or indirectly by reason of or in connection with this Promotion. The member shall indemnify and keep the Organiser and its officers, servants, agents and employees ("the Indemnified Parties") fully indemnified against any and all loss, damage, demand, liability, claims, expenses and costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) suffered and/or incurred by any of the Indemnified Parties as a result of the breach of any of the terms and conditions herein by the member. Members are deemed to have read, understood and accepted all the T&Cs set out herein, as well as any other requirements set out in any related promotional material, and all amendments, additions, replacements and modifications there to as may be made from time to time.
4.3. Acceptance of any Reward shall constitute consent on the part of the Eligible Shopper to allow the use of his/ her name, image, voice and/or likeness by the Organiser for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law.
4.4. All Rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash, credit, goods or benefits-in-kind, unless otherwise stated.
4.5. The Reward shall be awarded on the presumption that the submitted tax invoice(s), receipt(s) and/ or charge slip(s) are original copies and valid. The Organiser may reject any tax invoice, receipt and/ or charge slip as invalid at its sole and absolute discretion, and such determination shall be final and conclusive. In the event any tax invoice, receipt and/ or charge slip is rejected by the Organiser as invalid, the Organiser shall reserve the right to void the Reward awarded to the Eligible Shopper and recover the monetary value of the Reward.
4.6. The Organiser and its partner(s) (if any) in this Promotion reserve the right to change, vary, replace, substitute, amend, withdraw or cancel this Promotion and/or any of the terms and conditions herein at their sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice or any liability to any party.

Promotion Terms & Conditions:
1. This Promotion is exclusive to CapitaStar members (“Eligible shoppers). Shoppers can download the CapitaStar mobile application and sign up within the App as a CapitaStar member to qualify and participate in this promotion.
2. The Promotion mechanics are as follows:
2.1 Eligible Shoppers will be awarded 50 STAR$® for every S$1 spent when they make the minimum spend of S$10 in a single receipt at the participating F&B stores in Bukit Panjang Plaza.
2.2 Rewards are calculated based on the first approved receipt scan from the eligible F&B stores per shopper per day.
2.3 Limited to the first 100 redemptions per day based on a first come first served basis. Redemption of the Rewards are subject to availability at Bukit Panjang Plaza, while stocks last.
2.4 Only the total final amount paid as indicated on the tax invoice(s)/ receipt(s) issued by the participating store(s) will be accepted for the Promotions. NETS or credit/debit card transaction slips are not acceptable in place of original copies of shopping receipts. Receipt(s) from non-participating stores, car grooming services, purchase of parking coupons, purchase or top up of Cashcard / stored value cards, purchase or top up of stores’ membership card, gift cards and vouchers (i.e. eCapitaVouchers or participating stores’ vouchers), AXS / SAM machines transactions and bill payments, purchase of lottery tickets, any transactions at pawn shops and money changer, bank and other financial institutions’ transactions and transactions from pushcarts and stalls at temporary roadshows at Bukit Panjang Plaza are not eligible for use as a receipt in these Promotions. For purchases of goods and services made by instalments, only the instalment receipt showing the value of the purchase(s) will be eligible for use as a receipt in this Promotion. Receipt(s) from deposit placements, order placements, and payments using tenant / credit card loyalty points will not be accepted for the purposes of these Promotions.
3. All reward/prize are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash, credit, goods or benefits-in-kind, unless otherwise stated. The Reward must be redeemed by the qualifying Eligible Member and is not transferable to any other shopper. The Management is not obliged to provide a replacement item of equal or similar value once the Reward has been fully redeemed. The Management reserves the right to replace the Reward with an item of similar value at any time without prior notice.
4. The Reward cannot be exchanged for different denomination and is subject to the relevant terms and conditions governing the use of the same.
5. By participating in this Promotion:

4. Is there a cap to the number of receipts a member can submit to qualify for the rewards?
No, there is no cap to the number of receipts to accumulate.
However, spending per receipt must be a minimum of $20 (as per CapitaStar program criteria) and one of the receipts must be at least $50*. Receipts with transactional value that are less than $20 per transaction will not be eligible for accumulation to meet the Qualifying Spend.
*Exception: Criteria for one of the receipts to be at least $50 does not apply to Aperia and SengKang Grand Mall.
