𝐌𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐲𝐚𝐦𝐚 𝐌𝐨𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐚𝐤𝐞, 𝟒𝐩𝐜𝐬 (桃山月饼 – 𝐓𝐞𝐚🍃):
With white bean paste as the main ingredient, learn to knead and craft a multi-coloured marbled mooncake that is delicately soft and less greasy than the conventional Cantonese mooncake.
