Active Family is an integrated programme that focuses on fundamental movement skills development and promote bonding between parent and child (7 – 12 years old) through a variety of physical activities, as well as physical and health education.
Participants can participate for free by registering via the Healthy 365 app.
Please arrive early for the session as latecomers who miss the pre-activity safety and well-being checks will not be allowed to participate.
