Health Qigong embraces a concept of macrocosm, aligning movements, breath and mind of adjustments which makes practitioners consciously use self-consciousness in the exercise; actively adjust their state of mind, stimulate body's inherent, self-healing, from exterior to interior and vice versa, to improve the human function and to achieve physical fitness.
Decreases Anxiety, improves Mood, Balance, slows down the rate of Bone Loss and Reduces Blood Pressure.
This activity is free and open to all residents. We welcome everyone to join our weekly exercise to make friends, bond and lead a healthier lifestyle.
