Huoyanshaiziniu literally translate to “flame-diced beef cubes”. Inspired from the popular street food in Taiwan, two young Singaporeans re-created the dish with a twist. Angus ribeye beef cubes are imported from Australia, and blow torched to perfection. The torching process gives the beef cubes a charred smokey flavoured exterior while preserving the succulent meat within. For a full meal, beef cubes rice bowl is also available.
