Perfect for sharing with friends and family, Chef Martin Foo presents Hoisin-miso Iberico pork ribs and sautéed vegetables with olive pate.
Frenched Spanish Iberico pork ribs are marinated in Chef’s special hoisin and miso sauce and sous vide before roasting. The festive creation is perfect for sharing and served with baby vegetables in olive pate. $24 per rib, minimum 2 ribs.
For that extra special Festive celebration, enjoy a specially created set menu only available from 23rd to 31st December.
