1. Where can I loan accessibility / community shared items?
The health of our shoppers is of utmost importance to us. Due to the ever changing Covid situation, we have ceased the loaning of community shared items such as strollers, prams, battery packs and wheelchairs to better protect you. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

A. Car
Revised charges with effect from 1st September 2022:
Monday – Friday/Eve of Public Holiday*
12am to 5.59pm: S$2.40 for first hour, S$0.65 for subsequent 15 minutes
6pm to 11.59pm: S$3.30 per entry
Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays
12am to 2.59am: S$0.65 for every 15 minutes
3am to 5.59pm: S$2.60 for first 2 hours, S$0.65 for subsequent 15 minutes
6pm to 11.59pm: S$3.30 per entry
Grace period: 10 minutes
Carpark Height Limit: 2m
* Eve of Public Holiday rate applies if it falls on a weekend (Sat & Sun)
** Public Holiday rate applies if it falls on a weekday (Mon to Fri)
B. Motorcycle
Revised charges with effect from 1st June 2023:

6. What are your opening hours?
Funan is opened from 10am to 10pm. As each of the stores have different operating hours, please contact the individual stores to enquire to avoid disappointment.

Our Fire Command Centre is located on Basement 1, near Toast Box. Please note that the Fire Command Centre is not accessible to the general public and is for official use only.

As we digitalise our services, the customer service counter will be closed with effect from 31 July 2023. 16. How to access the Roof Gardens?
The Roof Garden is located on Level R which is accessible from Lobby B and it opens from 10am to 10pm daily.
The Urban Farm is located on Level 7 which is accessible from Lobby A and it opens from 10am to 10pm daily.

The BBQ Pit at the Roof Garden is not open for public bookings.

The electric car charging bay is located at B3/ B4 carpark.

The drop off point and taxi stand is located at Level 1 at North Bridge Road and Hill Street entrances.

The mailbox for mailing out letters is located outside the mall, near Excelsior Hotel. Exit from Coleman street entrance.

The passport photo vending machine is located at Level 1 outside the mall on Hill Street side.

22. Where are the Electronic Bin / Recycle Bin / Recycle Bottle located?
Electronic Bin is located inside Best Denki and Lenovo at Level 3.
Recycle bottle vending machine is located at Level 3, outside COURTS.
Recycle battery bin is located inside FairPrice Finest at Basement 1.

The Shower Area is located at Bike Hub, Level 1 and Toilets near Lobby C, Basement 2.
CapitaStar members are able to access the Bike Hub Shower Area by scanning their unique QR Code.
Bike Hub, Level 1 - The facilities in the Shower Area include 3 shower stalls, 6 lockers, and a hair dryer.
Toilet near Lobby C, Basement 2 - The facilities in the Shower Area include 2 shower stalls, and a hair dryer.
