Making it from scratch, apply the rich and tangy blueberry rhubarb compote beautifully between layers of vanilla chiffon sponge. Encase the cake with a two-layered mousse (luxurious Raspberry Inspiration mousse and creamy White Chocolate mousse) to complement the tanginess of the compote. A glazed white chocolate heart is elegantly seated on the cake, surrounded by white chocolate shavings and raspberries, to signify your appreciation to mum. Add a touch of gold to complete the look.
