Strictly only receipt/s from the participating outlet stores dated between 27 and 29 July 2018 are eligible to be used for lucky draw participation. Other receipt/s that do not fall under the list of participating outlet stores are NOT entitled for lucky draw participation.
The draw will be conducted on 20 August 2018, 10am at IMM Centre Management Office. Winners will be notified via email by 31 August 2018. (Update as of 13 August 2018: Time of draw has been changed from 3pm to 10am on 20 August 2018.)
1. Shopper must be a CapitaStar member and aged 16 years and above in order to participate in the promotions. By agreeing to participate in these promotions, you will be registered as a CapitaStar member.

3. Receipts for stamps, parking coupons, CashCard / stored value cards top-up, membership card, CapitaVoucher or shops’ vouchers, SISTIC transactions, AXS / SAM machines transactions, bill payments, lottery tickets, movie tickets, tickets from pawn shops, money changer, bank, financial services, push carts and atrium roadshow are not applicable for redemptions. For purchases made by instalments, only the first instalment receipt with the total value of the purchase will be eligible for use for redemption.
4. Redemption qualifying amount is based on nett purchase after deduction of discounts.
5. Receipts must be scanned to the CapitaStar account of the shopper who is doing redemption. Receipts cannot be used redemption if they have been scanned to another shopper’s CapitaStar account.
6. Shoppers must be personally present with own original receipt(s) for redemption. NETS or credit/debit card transaction slips are not acceptable.
7. Shoppers must also present their original, physical NRIC at the point of redemptions for verification and record purpose.
8. To qualify for the American Express CapitaCard tier, all redemptions must be accompanied by receipt/s and charge slip/s charged to the American Express CapitaCard at participating outlet stores. Shoppers are also required to present credit card upon redemption as a form of verification. Cardholder is to be present for redemption. Redemptions must be made under the American Express CapitaCard Member's CapitaStar Account.
9. The Management reserves the right to see all purchases made by shoppers before granting redemption/s.
10. Prizes must be taken as awarded and are strictly not refundable or exchangeable for cash or in-kind. The expiry date of vouchers (if any) cannot be extended. The Management reserves the right to replace items/prizes with items of similar value.
11. The Management’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
12. The Management reserves the right to amend or change the conditions at any time without prior notice.
