The Tonyu Miso Broth is formulated with Japanese soy milk, pork broth, sake and mirin. The sukiyaki soup base features intensely bold flavours made from beef broth, dashi and shoyu. One of Suki-Ya’s Singapore-influenced flavours is the Mala Spice which packs a heat of chilli peppers, Sichuan Peppercorns boiled in piquant chilli oil.
