Mr Hsuan Owyang is Chairman of the Institute of Policy Studies, the East Asian Institute management board, N M Rothschild & Sons (Singapore) and Ayala International Holdings. He is also a Director of Keppel TatLee Finance and Pro-Chancellor of Nanyang Technological University.
