SAVOUR KOULICIOUS DELIGHTS AT CAPITALAND MALLS –
DREAMWORKS KOUKOU PLUSH CUSHION REDEMPTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The Promotion
    1. Savour Koulicious Delights at CapitaLand Malls is organized by CapitaLand Retail Management Pte Ltd ("CRMPL").
    2. The DreamWorks KOUKOU plush cushion redemption is valid from 1 March to 1 April 2018, both dates inclusive, ("Promotion Period")

    Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Eligibility

    The Promotion is open to CapitaStar Member of at least 16 years old on the date they sign up for the CapitaStar Rewards Programme and/or American Express® CapitaCard members ("Participant")

  1. Dreamworks KOUKOU Plushie Redemption
    1. The participating malls are Bedok Mall, Bugis Junction/Bugis+, Bukit Panjang Plaza, IMM, Junction 8, JCube, Lot One, Plaza Singapura, Raffles City Singapore, Sembawang Shopping Centre, SingPost Centre, Tampines Mall, The Star Vista and Westgate.
    2. A CapitaStar member can redeem an exclusive DreamWorks KOUKOU plush cushion with a minimum spend of S$180 at the respective participating malls (minimum spend of S$120 at JCube, Sembawang Shopping Centre, SingPost Centre and The Star Vista).
    3. American Express® CapitaCard members need to charge to the card a minimum of S$160 (minimum of S$100 at JCube, Sembawang Shopping Centre and The Star Vista) to redeem an exclusive DreamWorks KOUKOU plush cushion. For American Express® CapitaCard members, the redemption is valid at the above mentioned participating malls except SingPost Centre.
    4. All redemptions must be made at the respective concierge or customer service counters at the malls on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.
    5. Redemption is limited to one plush cushion per member per mall per day.
    6. A maximum of 3 combined same-day, same-mall receipts can be used for each redemption of each plush cushion. Bugis Junction and Bugis+ receipts are considered same-mall receipts.
    7. Receipts are not transferrable or reusable. Receipts used for redemption of plush cushion is not eligible for reuse for redemption of entry to the KOUKOU events in the mall.
    8. Redemption to be made on the same day of purchase.
    9. Receipts for parking coupons, CashCard / stored value cards top-up, membership card, CapitaVoucher or shops' vouchers, SISTIC transactions, AXS / SAM machines transactions, bill payments, lottery tickets, movie tickets, tickets from pawn shops, money changer, bank, financial services, push carts and atrium roadshow are not applicable for redemptions.
    10. Redemption qualifying amount is based on nett purchase after deduction of discounts.
    11. NETS or credit/debit card transaction slips are not acceptable.
    12. Members must be personally present with your original receipt(s), charged slip(s) and your American Express® CapitaCard (if applicable) for redemption.
    13. Members must also present their NRIC at the point of redemption for verification and record purpose.
    14. CRMPL reserves the right to see all purchases made by members before granting redemption(s).
    15. CRMPL reserves all rights to substitute the product with another gift / product / service of similar value.
    16. Items must be taken as they are and are strictly not refundable or exchangeable for another product or cash.
    17. CRMPL's decision is deemed as final and no correspondence shall be entertained.
    18. CRMPL reserves the right to amend or change the conditions at any time without prior notice
    19. By participating in this promotion, you consent to CapitaLand Limited, its subsidiaries, related corporations (collectively, the "Companies") and all trusts sponsored, owned or managed by any of the Companies (collectively, "CapitaLand Group"), and CapitaLand Group's agents, business partners and authorised service providers collecting, using, disclosing and/or processing this personal data, in order to:
      • inform you via mail, email, SMS, telephone and other means of communication (including via all and any of your Singapore telephone numbers in any of our records from time to time) about the products and services, offers, promotions, activities or events marketed or made available by any member of CapitaLand Group and/or its business partners, including in relation to (i) Savour Koulicious Delights at CapitaLand Malls, (ii) the CapitaLand Group and (iii) any of the properties, developed, owned or managed by the CapitaLand Group (collectively, the "Marcom Activities"); and
      • conduct consumer and market research in respect of products, services and Marcom Activities which may be relevant to you.
    20. You further agree that the consents granted herein do not supersede or replace any other consents which you may have previously provided to CapitaLand Group in respect of your personal data, and are additional to any rights which CapitaLand Group may have at law to collect, use or disclose your personal data.
