CapitaLand Sustainability X Challenge (“The Challenge”) is open to international participants. CapitaLand is based in Singapore while its appointed vendor for the event is based in EU. All personal data processing for The Challenge is governed by applicable rules in EU GDPR, Singapore PDPA and other applicable data protection laws, regulations and guidelines. The vendor is facilitating data transfer out of EU to third country and has ensured compliance with Schrems II requirement under EU GDPR.
