Highlights

  • Management of Kallang Wave Mall and other commercial spaces within Singapore Sports Hub

    CLI is partnering with Kallang Alive Sports Management to manage around 41,000 sqm of commercial spaces at the Singapore Sports Hub, including Kallang Wave Mall, for six years starting from 1 April 2024. The process involves refreshing the retail mix and offerings, reconfiguring spaces to enhance the overall ambience, and seamlessly integrating the retail areas with the surrounding precinct spaces.

  • Expanding CapitaStar ecosystem beyond CapitaLand’s network

    As the premier lifestyle and shopping rewards programme in Singapore, CapitaStar serves over 1.5 million CapitaStar members and supports over 3,500 stores operating in 30 committed properties, including retail spaces within our workspace properties. Beyond our owned properties, CapitaStar is available at Changi City Point, and eCapitaVouchers are accepted at shopping malls under Cuscaden Peak Investment.
