Lee Chee Koon
Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
CapitaLand InvestmentChee Koon is the Group CEO of CapitaLand Investment (CLI), a global real asset manager with S$125 billion in funds under management across 45 countries. He has held this position since CLI’s listing in 2021, after leading the restructuring of CapitaLand Group (CapitaLand), one of the largest diversified real estate companies in Asia.
Prior to CLI, Chee Koon was the President and Group CEO of CapitaLand from 2018. During his tenure as Group CEO of CapitaLand, Chee Koon led the strategic merger between the company and Ascendas-Singbridge in 2019. This merger bolstered CapitaLand's presence in the business parks, industrial and logistics sectors, as well as its fund management and lodging management platforms.
Chee Koon joined CapitaLand in 2007 and held several appointments within the Group, including CEO of The Ascott Limited and Group Chief Investment Officer of CapitaLand.
Chee Koon was honoured as ‘Industry Figure of the Year – Asia Pacific’ at the PERE Global Awards 2024. He was also named ‘Outstanding Chief Executive of the Year’ at the Singapore Business Awards 2022.
Chee Koon holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the National University of Singapore. He also holds a Master of Science in Advanced Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London, United Kingdom.

CapitaLand InvestmentAndrew is the Group COO at CapitaLand Investment (CLI), responsible for CLI’s investment and asset management activities across the Group’s principal geographies. He concurrently heads the Private Equity Real Estate (PERE) product vertical.
Prior to this appointment, Andrew was Group CFO of CLI from September 2021 to December 2022. Before that, he was Group CFO of the CapitaLand Group from 2017 to 2021, where he oversaw the Group’s finance functions and corporate mergers and acquisitions.
Before joining CapitaLand, Andrew was an Investment Banker at HSBC Bank for 12 years. His last role at HSBC was Managing Director and Head of Southeast Asia Advisory Coverage, Real Estate and Hospitality.
Andrew graduated with distinction with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Master of Business Administration from the Rotman School of Business at the University of Toronto. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder.

CapitaLand InvestmentErvin is the Group Chief Strategy Officer at CapitaLand Investment (CLI), responsible for developing and executing CLI's strategies globally. He is concurrently CEO of the Commercial Management vertical, responsible for CLI's commercial and asset management business, including integrated development, retail, office, business park and logistics. Ervin also oversees the Research function.
Previously, Ervin was based in Shanghai, where he oversaw CLI’s Commercial Management business across China. Prior to that, he was Southeast Asia Managing Director for The Ascott Limited (Ascott), the Group’s lodging arm, driving operational performance and business growth of properties in these countries. He was concurrently in charge of Strategic Planning for Ascott.
Before joining CapitaLand in 2015, Ervin worked in the Singapore public sector. Across his career, Ervin has been based in Tianjin, Shanghai, New York and Washington, D.C.
Ervin graduated from Yale University, USA.

Hideto Yamada
Chief Executive Officer
CapitaLand Investment (Japan)Hideto is the CEO of CapitaLand Investment (Japan), responsible for driving the growth and management of CLI’s investments, capital raising and fund management.
Prior to joining CapitaLand Investment, Hideto was the Head of Global Real Estate and Co-head of Private Investment Markets in Japan’s Government Pension Investment Fund (GPIF) from 2017 when GPIF had started investing in private real estate and built a global portfolio of about S$9 billion.
Before GPIF, Hideto was with Mitsui Fudosan Group for 35 years where he held leadership roles in various major markets, including Japan, Singapore, United Kingdown (UK) and the United States of America (USA). Hideto has more than 40 years of experience in real estate, covering investment, consultancy, corporate management and cross-border business.
Hideto holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Economics from the Yokohama National University in Japan. He is a Certified Public Accountant (USA) and a Fellow Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (UK).

Janine Gui
Chief M&A Officer

Janine is the Chief M&A Officer of CapitaLand Investment (CLI) responsible for leading the identification and execution of merger and acquisition (M&A) opportunities globally to accelerate and scale CLI’s businesses through inorganic growth. Janine oversaw the strategic platform acquisitions of SC Capital Partners and Wingate, complementary to CLI’s private fund business, and expanded CLI’s FUM in APAC.
Prior to her current role, Janine was Managing Director and Head, Group Strategic Investment, where she led and executed M&As for Singapore and international markets, including restructuring and corporate transactions. She was the deal lead for the S$11 billion milestone merger with Ascendas-Singbridge in 2019, as well as the restructuring of the CapitaLand Group and listing of CLI in 2021. She has also served as the Head of CapitaLand International (USA), and led the Group's maiden acquisition of the multifamily portfolio in USA. Other former roles also include overseeing corporate asset management in Ascott, lodging M&A initiatives, and fund management.
Before joining CapitaLand Group, Janine was with the Mapletree Group. She started her career with KPMG and has more than 18 years of extensive experience in corporate finance, investment and portfolio management, and M&A-related functions across global international markets.
Janine holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) from the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. She is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.

Kevin Goh
Chief Executive Officer, Lodging Management
CapitaLand InvestmentKevin is the CEO of Lodging Management at CapitaLand Investment (CLI), responsible for growing the fee-related earnings of CLI’s lodging business. He was the CEO of Lodging for the CapitaLand Group prior to its restructuring. Under Kevin’s leadership, The Ascott Limited (Ascott) grew to be one of the world’s leading international lodging owner-operators with a portfolio that spans more than 220 cities across over 40 countries. In December 2019, Kevin played an instrumental role in merging the Ascott Residence Trust, now known as CapitaLand Ascott Trust, with the Ascendas Hospitality Trust, creating the largest hospitality trust in Asia Pacific.
Kevin joined Ascott in 2007 and was based in China for over 10 years, where he served as Regional General Manager for South & East China, Vice President for Asset Management and Vice President for Corporate Services, before moving to assume the role of Ascott’s Managing Director for North Asia in 2013, where he spearheaded Ascott’s investments and operations in China, Japan and Korea.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Honours) from the National University of Singapore and is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder.

CapitaLand InvestmentKishore is the CEO of Alternatives at CapitaLand Investment (CLI), where he is responsible for shaping and leading the global strategy for new private fund products and platforms. His mandate includes asset-backed alternative strategies across credit, infrastructure, insurance solutions, secondaries, and private equity. He also serves as Chairman of CLI India, providing strategic leadership on growth and governance oversight for one of CLI’s largest country platforms.
Prior to joining CLI, Kishore was Founder and CEO of LXA, a mortgage asset manager focused on channelling institutional capital into residential mortgage opportunities across Asia. Before that, he was associated with Blackstone for nearly 15 years, most recently as Senior Managing Director and Asia Head of the Tactical Opportunities Fund. He also led the establishment of Blackstone's presence in Singapore.
Kishore also held leadership roles as Co-Head of Private Markets at Highbridge Capital in Hong Kong and CEO of Colony Capital Taiwan, where he launched the business and invested NT$100 billion in acquiring real estate-backed loan portfolios. He was also part of the founding team of CBRE India and later became the founding director of CBRE Investors in Asia.
Kishore holds a BBA (Honours) and an MBA in Real Estate Finance from the Schulich School of Business, York University in Toronto.

Patricia Goh
Chief Executive Officer, Southeast Asia
CapitaLand InvestmentPatricia is CEO of Southeast Asia at CapitaLand Investment (CLI), responsible for driving the growth and management of CLI’s investments and fund management in Southeast Asia, including Singapore. She also leads CLI's logistics and self-storage private funds business.
Prior to this role, Patricia was the Managing Director for CLI’s Southeast Asia business. She oversaw the establishment of an Asia-focused self-storage platform and the launch of the CapitaLand SEA Logistics Fund (CSLF) and CapitaLand Wellness Fund (C-WELL).
Before joining CLI in 2022, Patricia was the Head of Group Investment at Frasers Property, where she was instrumental in growing the industrial sector into a core asset class for the group and diversifying and transforming its business portfolio. Prior to that, Patricia was with Ascendas Fund Management as Head of Business Development & Investment and concurrently Head of Revenue Management, responsible for managing a portfolio of over S$10 billion. With over 20 years of experience in direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, asset management and leasing across diverse asset classes and geographies, Patricia has executed transactions worth more than S$17 billion.
Patricia holds a Master of Science in Real Estate and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology from the National University of Singapore.

Paul Tham

CapitaLand InvestmentPaul is the Group CFO of CapitaLand Investment (CLI), responsible for managing Group finance, treasury, tax, investor relations and group communications. He also provides administrative supervision to the internal audit and risk management functions.
Prior to joining CLI, Paul was the CEO of Keppel REIT, managing a listed Asia-Pacific commercial asset portfolio. Before that, Paul was the CFO of Keppel Capital, overseeing the finance, compliance, legal and investor relations functions.
Over his career, Paul has also served as a management consultant for Bain & Company, working with leading global companies in Asia Pacific across a range of topics including financial performance management and growth strategies. Paul started his career as a structural engineer in New York.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Cornell University, USA, and a Master of Business Administration from Singapore Management University.

Puah Tze Shyang

CapitaLand Investment (China)Tze Shyang is CEO, CapitaLand Investment (China), responsible for driving the growth and management of the company's investments, capital raising, fund management and commercial management business in China.
Prior to this role, Tze Shyang served successively as Chief Investment Officer and CEO, Investment & Portfolio Management for the CapitaLand Group's China business from 2015 to 2021, where he led a series of major investments that significantly expanded CapitaLand's interests in the country. He was concurrently Regional General Manager in West China from 2015 to 2018 and oversaw residential and integrated developments in the region.
Prior to joining CapitaLand, Tze Shyang was CEO of CapitaLand Township (formerly known as Surbana Land) in 2010 and took on the additional role of City General Manager for Chengdu in 2013. He has 25 years of experience in real estate across Singapore and China.
Tze Shyang holds a Master of Engineering (First Class Honours) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Imperial College London, United Kingdom. He obtained an Executive MBA with Honours from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, USA.

Quah Ley Hoon

CapitaLand InvestmentLey Hoon is the Group Chief Corporate Officer and Chief People & Culture Officer at CapitaLand Investment (CLI), overseeing organisational matters including talent and culture, digital and technology, procurement, and sustainability.
Prior to CLI, Ley Hoon was the Chief Executive of the Maritime and Port Authority Singapore from January 2019 to September 2022, responsible for the smooth operation of Singapore as a transhipment and bunkering hub. Before that, Ley Hoon was with MediaCorp from 2013 to 2018 as Chief Editor of Channel NewsAsia, where she oversaw the current affairs team producing programmes and documentaries covering local and global affairs. Ley Hoon also has over 15 years of work experience in the public sector, working in various ministries on economic, environmental and social policies.
Ley Hoon holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Southern Queensland, Australia, a Master of Business Administration from IMD Business School in Switzerland, and a Master of Economics from the University of Pantheon Sorbonne, France. She was awarded the Public Administration Medal (Silver) by the Singapore Government in 2017 and conferred the Knight of the French Order of the Legion of Honor (Chevalier de la Legion d'Honneur) by the French government in 2022.

Suzanne Spells

Suzanne is Group General Counsel and Head of Secretariat & Compliance of CapitaLand Investment (CLI), responsible for the delivery of legal, compliance and corporate secretariat services to the businesses of the Group, working in close partnership with all business and functional leaders of the Group.
In addition to leading and managing the in-house legal department, Suzanne is part of the leadership team responsible for corporate governance for CLI and plays a key role in supporting the effectiveness of the Board and its committees, including facilitating interaction between the Board and Management in reporting the organisation’s performance and key decisions.
Before joining CapitaLand Group, Suzanne was the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, Asia Pacific at Apollo Global Management and an APAC Executive Leadership team member. Prior to joining Apollo in 2016, she was a Senior Legal Counsel at APM Terminals in Singapore.
Suzanne holds a postgraduate diploma in Law from the University of Law in London and a LLB degree in Law from the University of Exeter, United Kingdom.

Choon Siang has more than 23 years of experience in financial management, investment, corporate finance, treasury and investment banking, including about ten years of management level experience in the real estate and REIT industry. His senior leadership positions at CapitaLand Group include the CEO of CapitaLand Malaysia REIT Management Sdn Bhd and CFO of CapitaLand India Trust Management Pte Ltd.
Choon Siang holds a Master of Science in Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, United States.

Tan Tze Wooi

CapitaLand InvestmentTze Wooi is the Group Chief Risk Officer at CapitaLand Investment, responsible for managing the Group’s overall risk profile.
Prior to his current appointment, Tze Wooi was the Chief Executive Officer of the manager of CapitaLand China Trust (CLCT) from 2017 to 2024, where he doubled CLCT’s asset size, expanded its investment mandate to include multi-asset classes and enlarged its geographical footprint. Tze Wooi joined CapitaLand in 2005 and was based in China for nine years, where he served as Regional General Manager of North China for CapitaLand Mall Asia, overseeing the business of CapitaLand’s RMB20 billion assets in the region.
Before joining CapitaLand, Tze Wooi was the Vice President, Wholesale Banking (Real Estate) with Standard Chartered Bank. He began his career in audit with KPMG and has over 28 years of experience in real estate, investment & asset management, corporate banking, credit and auditing in Singapore and China.
Tze Wooi holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.

William Tay

CapitaLand Ascendas REIT Management LimitedWilliam is the CEO of the Manager of CapitaLand Ascendas REIT (CLAR). He is responsible for leading the management team in the planning and execution of CLAR’s value creation and growth strategy across all aspects of its global operations.
Prior to his current appointment, William was the Deputy CEO of Singapore and Southeast Asia of the Ascendas-Singbridge Group. He was also concurrently the CEO for South Korea, overseeing the real estate private equity funds business and investments in South Korea.
William has approximately 30 years of wide-ranging experience in real estate, straddling both the public and private sectors as well as Singapore and overseas. Since joining Ascendas-Singbridge in 2007, he held various leadership positions in investment, business development, asset and fund management as well as country operations.
William holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management (Honours) from the National University of Singapore.
