Our Fee-Income Related Business (FRB) comprises Listed Funds Management, Private Funds Management and Lodging Management. Together, they provide a steadily growing, recurring fee-based revenue stream.
Our Real Estate Investment Business (REIB) generates a stable flow of rental income from our global portfolio of commercial and lodging assets and is also a source of assets for CLI's managed investment vehicles.
Combined, both the FRB and REIB business platforms provide CLI with a path to continued growth.
CLI owns and manages a geographically- and sector-diversified global real estate portfolio with a strong presence in Asia. Our core markets in Asia (Singapore, China and India) make up about 71% of CLI’s assets under management. We also have an expanding presence in key gateway cities in markets such as Australia, Japan, Korea, Europe and USA. Together, they provide balance and diversity to CLI’s portfolio, strengthening our resilience.
Our integrated suite of real estate capabilities, extensive footprint and decades of experience give us a sustainable competitive edge to move swiftly to originate fund products and source from our pipeline assets for fund vehicles. More than 60% of our real estate portfolio is managed through our comprehensive and expanding funds platform, which gives CLI sustainable fee-based income. Through our stakes in our fund vehicles, we also participate in the growth of these assets.
