Our Story
CapitaLand Investment (CLI) was listed on the Singapore Exchange on 20 September 2021 after CapitaLand Group restructured to privatise its real estate development business, CapitaLand Development, and list its real asset management business, CLI.
Today, CLI is a leading global real asset manager with a strong Asia presence. Since the listing of CLI in 2021, our funds under management (FUM) have increased 47% from S$87 billion to S$128 billion as at 30 June 2026. We target to achieve FUM of S$200 billion by 2028.
