  • CLI completed the acquisition of a 40% stake in SC Capital Partners Group

  • CapitaLand Investment accelerates growth in funds management through the strategic investment in SC Capital Partners

    In March 2025, CLI completed the acquisition of a 40% stake in SC Capital Partners Group (SCCP) and is expected to acquire the remaining stake in SCCP in phases over the next five years, subject to the fulfilment of conditions. CLI will also invest strategic capital to support SCCP’s fund strategies.

    SCCP is a leading Asia Pacific real estate investment manager headquartered in Singapore with presence across eight locations in Asia Pacific. The acquisition expands CLI’s network and capabilities across the region and in sectors including hospitality, living, and renewables. Read more.
