In June 2025, CLI completed the acquisition of the property and corporate credit investment management business of Wingate Group Holdings (Wingate). Wingate is one of the leading and largest private credit investment managers in Australia with a 20-year track record.
With the addition of Wingate, CLI has expanded its private credit business and its portfolio in Australia. Wingate has also enlarged CLI’s extensive proprietary deal origination networks, and enhance its access to more institutional and private high net worth investors. Read more.

CapitaLand Investment accelerates growth in funds management through the strategic investment in SC Capital Partners
In March 2025, CLI completed the acquisition of a 40% stake in SC Capital Partners Group (SCCP) and is expected to acquire the remaining stake in SCCP in phases over the next five years, subject to the fulfilment of conditions. CLI will also invest strategic capital to support SCCP’s fund strategies.
SCCP is a leading Asia Pacific real estate investment manager headquartered in Singapore with presence across eight locations in Asia Pacific. The acquisition expands CLI’s network and capabilities across the region and in sectors including hospitality, living, and renewables. Read more.
