(ii) The amount of consideration of S$1.30 per share referred to in Part II above is paid for the rights shares.

(iii) There is no consideration paid for the restricted shares which were released upon the completion of CapitaLand Rights Issue. The 4,581 restricted shares are held in the name of Lim Chin Beng.

(iv) After the change, 106,961 shares are held in the name of Lim Chin Beng and 535,500 shares are held in the name of DBS Nominees (Private) Limited.

(v) % of issued share capital is based on 4,244,191,254 issued shares as at 20 March 2009.
