1. INTRODUCTION

1.1     The Beauty Edit, Shop on Us and Brand Treats (“Promotions”) are exclusive to members of CapitaStar Rewards (referred to as “Eligible Shopper”). Shoppers can download the CapitaStar mobile application and sign up within the app as a member to qualify and participate in this Promotion. CapitaStar Rewards (Refer to CapitaStar Rewards Programme) is only awarded for the qualifying spend at participating CapitaLand Malls as shown in the table below.

1.2     The Promotion is organised by CapitaLand Retail Management Pte Ltd (“Organiser”) and shall be governed by these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”).

1.3       The promotion period (“Promotion Period”) is from 20 March 2026 to 3 May 2026, both dates inclusive.

1.4     The Promotion mechanics of The Beauty Edit – Spend $150 get $10 eCapitaVoucher are as follows:

1.4.1          Eligible Shoppers must spend the minimum transactional value at the relevant participating stores at Bugis Junction or Bugis+ as shown in the table below (“Qualifying Spend”) to receive the relevant amount of eCapitaVoucher (eCV) (“Reward”).

1.4.3       The Reward may take up to 7 working days to be issued.

1.4.4       The Reward will be issued based on the transactions that are registered in our system and reflected on the Activity screen of your CapitaStar account, in chronological order. For illustration:

Transactions 1, 3 and 4 are eligible to be counted towards the qualifying spend of S$150 and Eligible Shopper will be awarded the S$10 eCapitaVoucher reward. 

As the S$10 eCapitaVoucher reward is awarded based on transactions 1, 3 and 4, transaction 2 will not be counted towards the qualifying spend of S$150 but will be eligible for STAR$® upon being registered on the CapitaStar app, subject to participating stores that qualify for STAR$® accumulation. Transactions 1 and 2 are eligible to be counted towards the qualifying spend of S$150 and Eligible Shopper will be awarded with the S$10 eCapitaVoucher reward on 12 August as the transaction date and time for transaction 2 was only registered in our system on 12 August. 

1.4.5       Eligible Shoppers can accumulate any number of transactions with transactional value of Singapore Dollars Twenty (S$20) or more, with at least one transaction of Singapore Dollars Fifty (S$50) or more, from the participating CapitaLand Malls on the same day (“Eligible Transaction”) to satisfy the Qualifying Spend. The Eligible Transaction will be subject to Clause 3.2 of this Terms and Conditions herein.

1.4.6       Eligible Transactions made with an Eligible Payment Method and registered on the CapitaStar app before 10am will not qualify for the Promotion.

1.4.7       Each Eligible Shopper may receive a maximum of one (1) Reward per participating CapitaLand Mall per day of the Promotion Period, and a maximum of three (3) Rewards per CapitaLand Mall during the Promotion Period with min. $150 accumulated spend using eCapitaVoucher, a linked Mastercard credit or debit card, DBS/POSB payment modes (including DBS/POSB American Express, Mastercard, VISA credit or debit cards and/or DBS PayLah!) or ShopBack Pay. Please note that Eligible Payment Modes must be linked on the CapitaStar app prior to the transaction to qualify for the reward.

1.4.9       The Reward awarded in this Promotion will expire in one (1) month from the date of issuance. Eligible Shoppers can tap on the “Voucher” tab from the CapitaStar app main screen to view the Reward and the expiry date. The Organiser shall not be obliged to entertain any request to extend the validity of the eCV Reward.

1.7.5          The reward is capped at S$3,000 worth of eCapitaVoucher, with the prize amount based on the value of the receipt used to enter the lucky draw.

1.7.6          The lucky draw will be conducted in mid-May 2026.

1.7.7          There will be one winner from each mall.

1.7.8          The winners will be contacted via the phone number and/or email registered to their CapitaStar account.

1.8    The Promotion mechanics of Brand Treats are as follows:

1.8.1          Upon keying in the reward code <SPRING26> in their CapitaStar app, eligible shoppers will receive the following eVouchers from the participating malls (“Reward”).

2.       ELIGIBILITY

2.1       Without limiting the generality of the above, the following persons shall not be eligible for the Promotion:

a.   employees of any retail tenants in the Participating Malls; and

b.   persons who the Organiser may decide to exclude at its discretion without notice and without providing any reason, at any time.

2.2     The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any member who is found at any time (whether before or after the receipt of any Reward) to be in breach of the relevant eligibility or qualifying criteria. Any Reward awarded to any member may be forfeited, and if collected, shall be returned to the Organiser promptly and may be dealt with the Organiser’s sole discretion.

3.      QUALIFYING SPEND

3.1     Only the total final amount paid as indicated on the tax invoice(s)/ receipt(s) issued by the participating store(s) will be accepted for this Promotion. NETS or credit/debit card transaction slips are not acceptable in place of original copies of shopping receipts.

3.2       Notwithstanding Clause 1.4 of this Terms and Conditions hereinabove, receipt(s) from car grooming services, SingPost transactions, purchase of parking coupons, purchase or top up of Cashcard / stored value cards, purchase or top up of stores’ membership card, gift cards and vouchers (i.e. eCapitaVouchers or participating stores’ vouchers), SISTIC transactions, AXS / SAM machines transactions and bill payments, purchase of lottery tickets, purchase of movie tickets and food and beverages at cinema, any transactions at pawn shops and money changer, bank and other financial institutions’ transactions, transactions from pushcarts and stalls at temporary roadshows at the participating malls, and transactions from supermarkets (Cold Storage, FairPrice, FairPrice Finest, and GIANT) are not eligible for use as a receipt in this Promotion. For purchases of goods and services made by instalments, only the instalment receipt showing the value of the purchase(s) made on the same day of the redemption, will be eligible for use as a receipt in this Promotion for CapitaStar Rewards programme. Receipt(s) from deposit placements, order placements, and payments using tenant / credit card loyalty points will not be accepted for the purposes of this Promotion.

3.3     The Organiser may reject any tax invoice, receipts and/or charge slip as invalid at its sole and absolute discretion, and such determination shall be final and conclusive.

3.4     The Organiser reserves the right to verify all purchases made by the Eligible Shopper and the tax invoice(s)/ receipt(s) before processing the redemption of the Reward in the Promotion.

3.5     Receipts shall be considered expended for the purposes of this Promotion and other promotions in the CapitaLand Mall when it is used to redeem the Reward. Receipts cannot be used for redemption of multiple Rewards. Receipts cannot be used for redemption of more than one promotion at any CapitaLand Mall.

2. An Eligible Shopper’s eCapitaVoucher Wallet on the CapitaStar app can hold a maximum of S$1,000 eCapitaVoucher(s) at any one time. Should the aggregate value of an Eligible Shopper’s eCapitaVoucher Wallet Balance and eCapitaVoucher Reward(s) exceed S$1,000, the Reward(s) will be placed on the Eligible Shopper’s eCapitaVoucher Queue. 3. By participating in this Promotion, the Member (CapitaStar members):

The member shall indemnify and keep the Organiser and its officers, servants, agents and employees ("the Indemnified Parties") fully indemnified against any and all loss, damage, demand, liability, claims, expenses and costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) suffered and/or incurred by any of the Indemnified Parties as a result of the breach of any of the terms and conditions herein by the member. Members are deemed to have read, understood and accepted all the T&Cs set out herein, as well as any other requirements set out in any related promotional material, and all amendments, additions, replacements and modifications there to as may be made from time to time.

4. All Rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash, credit, goods or benefits-in-kind, unless otherwise stated.

5. The Reward will not be awarded until the transaction(s) are determined to be valid. The Organiser may reject any transactions as invalid at its sole and absolute discretion, and such determination shall be final and conclusive.

6. The Organiser and its partner(s) (if any) in this Promotion reserve the right to change, vary, replace, substitute, amend, withdrawal or cancel this Promotion and/or any of the terms and conditions herein at their sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice or any liability to any party.

7. The Organiser does not make any warranty or representation in relation to any product or services offered in this Promotion or redeemed by vouchers or gift certificates and shall not accept any liability in respect of the same.

8. By participating in this Promotion, the Eligible Shopper represents that he/ she has read and agreed with this Promotion Terms and Conditions.

9. This Promotion Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and all participants in this Promotion irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts to resolve all disputes.

10. The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
