Our Customer Service Counter will be open from 10am to 9.30pm daily. 

Extension of expiry for physical vouchers expiring between 1 April and 31 August 2020 can be requested from 19 June 2020. Extension requests before the voucher expiry dates are strictly not allowed.

For found items, kindly call our Fire Command Centre (FCC) at +65 6314 6390 (24 hours).
