In line with our digitization and sustainability efforts, the sale and redemption of physical CapitaVouchers at our Customer Service Counters will not be available. As an alternative, you can still purchase / gift eCapitaVoucher(s) from our CapitaStar Mobile App. 

Physical CapitaVoucher(s) will only be available for corporate bulk purchases and for redemption by Amercian Express® CapitaCard card members. Place a corporate bulk order here or you may send  your enquiries to or call +65 6631 9931.

Level 1 Cycling Path Usage Guidelines

Indoor Cycling Path 
  1. The indoor cycling path is a one-way only path. Entry is from Funan's North Bridge Road entrance only. 
  2. Cycling and riding of devices on the indoor cycling path is allowed from 7am to 10 am only. A speed limit of 10 km/h applies. 
  3. Outside of 7am to 10am, cyclists and riders are required to dismount and walk their bicycles and devices. Walking of bicycles and devices is allowed on Level 1 only.
  4. No bicycles and devices are allowed on any escalator or passenger lift except Lift FL3. 
  5. No parking along the path. Unattended bicycles not parked at designated lots will be removed.

Outdoor Cycling Path 
  1. The outdoor cycling path is a two-way path and is open for cycling and riding 24/7. 
  2. No parking along the path. Unattended bicycles not parked at designated lots will be removed. 

All cyclists and riders are required to abide by LTA's Rules and Code of Conduct for cyclists, and riders of personal mobility devices (PMDs), power-assisted bicycles (PABs) and personal mobility aids (PMAs) under Singapore's Active Mobility Act, and the rules stipulated above, as a condition to the use of such bicycles and devices in the mall. Funan shall not be responsible for any incidents, injuries, damage or losses arising directly or indirectly in connection with the use of such bicycles and devices in the mall.

Shoppers can choose to reserve a parking lot at Funan one day before visiting the mall through the CapitaStar app under FUNAN mall services section. Kindly refer to the carpark reservation policy and terms before making a reservation.
