Children are the future. At CapitaLand, we believe that each child has the potential for greatness that, if nurtured and built upon, will benefit their families and communities.

We set up our philanthropic arm, CapitaLand Hope Foundation (CHF), in 2005 to support underprivileged children in their shelter, education and healthcare needs in countries where we operate.

Every year, CapitaLand allocates up to 0.5% of our net profit to CHF to build a better future for underprivileged children. Since its inception, CHF has donated more than S$25 million to support underprivileged children.

Beyond giving money, we believe in giving our time and attention to our beneficiaries. That’s why we advocate volunteerism among our staff and stakeholders.

CapitaLand was one of the first companies in Singapore to introduce three-day Volunteer Service Leave in May 2006. We also organise a range of volunteer activities for our staff across the world to participate in. The strong commitment of our CapitaLand staff volunteers embodies our spirit of community development.
