CapitaLand Investment (CLI) entered the Australian market in 2012 with the acquisition of a hotel portfolio under its listed lodging trust now known as CapitaLand Ascott Trust (CLAS) and in 2015, acquired a substantial logistics portfolio for CapitaLand Ascendas REIT (CLAR). Today, CLI owns and manages over 200 assets for investors and third-party partners across eight key cities and territories across Australia. Its diversified real estate asset classes cover logistics, business parks, office and lodging properties.
Globally, CLI operates in more than 40 countries and more than 220 cities. Our more than 360 investment and asset management professionals are supported by our operations team worldwide. This dedicated global network provides the personal touch that has become the hallmark of our company.
