Private Funds
CapitaLand Investment’s (CLI) Private Funds business provides access to private equity real assets across geographies, sectors and strategies. CLI counts some of the world’s most sophisticated institutional investors as its investment partners, providing private real assets investment opportunities. The business spans across three key verticals being Private Equity Real Estate (including business parks, office, retail, industrial & logistics and integrated developments), Private Equity Alternative Assets (including digital infrastructure, private credit, self-storage and wellness and healthcare related) and Private Equity Lodging (including serviced residences & coliving, multifamily, student accommodation properties and build-to-rent).
CLI’s Private Funds business has an on-the-ground team in Australia and we currently own and manage investments across all three of the key verticals on behalf of our Private Funds investment partners. In addition to partnering and engaging with local investors in Australia, the team also works with investors and real estate partners from New Zealand.
