CapitaLand Malaysia has implemented a series of safety measures to ensure that the health and well being of you and your loved ones are protected. We wish that you together with your loved ones can enjoy yourselves in a fun and safe environment.
ANTI-MICROBIAL COATING TECHNOLOGY
This technology is internationally researched and developed. It is child-friendly and able to guard against bacteria and virus for up to 6 months. We will also continue to clean and disinfect all high contact touch points at stepped up frequency of once every 3 to 4 hours.
The following high contact areas in all our malls will progressively be coated with an anti-microbial coating:
- Entrance door handles
- Lift car’s internal walls, handrails and buttons
- Lift entrance call buttons
- Stainless steel handrails
- Touch screens
- Toilet cubicles and basins
- Family rooms
- Customer service counters
- Mall furniture
LIFT CAR DISINFECTION SYSTEM
All lift cars in our malls are installed with UV PhotoPlasma air disinfection system.
This technology will energise atmospheric air into a plasma state, in turn eliminating air-borne and surface microorganisms such as virus and bacteria.
The UV PhotoPlasma air disinfection system in lift cars will be complemented by anti-microbial coating and general cleaning procedures to disinfect lift surfaces.
CONTACTLESS THERMAL SCANNING
We have placed contactless thermal scanning at all entrances of our malls to ensure shoppers are scanned before allowing them into the malls. Those who have high temperature (above 37.5°C) are advised to visit the clinic immediately and would not be allowed entry to ensure the safety of our shoppers.
Hand sanitisers are made available for our shoppers for their convenience to sanitise their hands.
SOCIAL DISTANCING MARKERS
We have marked our floors with social distancing markers to remind our shoppers in maintaining proper physical distance.
DEDICATED CARE AMBASSADORS
We have dedicated Care Ambassadors patronising the malls at all times to ensure both shoppers and tenants adhere to the Standard of Procedures as per the guidelines advised by the government.
